@Mike G - i can train people in Brawl with Peach, i guess. i don't know all the stupid little Brawl tricks, but i do know how to play intelligently...except against MK. i'm still working on that matchup a little.

@Tong - That doesn't mean too much coming from you.

@Dogy - yeah man. if you use Peach, i guarantee it'll be a life changing experience. and the singing taunt is the best in the game, hands down. i wish she had that in Melee...

Well, in my experience anyways.
I three stocked HTH's Pika without knowing more in the matchup than tap DI the dsmash up.
Don't be scared of Pika ... Unless Reflex is playing Pika anyways.
That guy makes dumb characters look good. o_x;

Forward throw chain grabs up to 60% or so.
Pika can't KILL Dedede, though.
Usmash is much slower, and I think weaker now, and Dedede is hard to kill off the top anyway.
Dsmash can't kill if you know how to DI.
Fsmash is slow as trash.
Nair is his best kill option, and most of what Penguin has beats it.
/I/ think Pika is sub-par against Penguin, if nothing else.

also his thunder outlast our airdodge which makes getting back to the stage mad stupid ._.
also he can effectively ledgecamp the hell out of us *main reason i hate the stupid rat*.

Cool. We need to get some games in sometime. Yeah me and Raph played nine games. He won the first one. i won the last 8, but he is good. The reason i beat him was because i figured out his style. Im sure he's learned more though. Yeah i completely stop playing smash when SC4 came out XD

To be honest, I don't have to bluff that much if I'm feeling comfortable. Just thought I'd end a misunderstood cliche about my playing style.

Pretty much. One thing about me is that I really need time to rev up before I can do some crazy stuff. If you saw me at Impact Clash 3, my first match against Billy was horrible. By the time I got to Kismet deep in loser's brackets, I had gotten two of my best gimps off and had a few people wondering what the hell I was smoking.

Well, it's like this:

In general Sonic's game is based of baiting and punishing, since that's what he excels at. Often times I'll "bluff" to accomplish this, but there are other forms of baiting that I don't categorize along with bluffing.

Example:

Bluffing: Canceling Spin Dash (Side B) multiple times before using Spin Charge (Down B)

Regular Baiting: Short Hopping to land in front of you, then walking away to lure out an attack, which I then attempt to punish.

Something like that. I know it sounds pretty shaky in concept, but this is how I think.
