It's my first decent tourny. I went to one at the Warwick mall I think 2 years back, got destroyed by YoYo, Hyoto, and a couple others, since then I've gotten a lot better. I've been playing with ZoSo and a couple other pros the past few weeks and I'm pretty confident I'll hold my own ^_^ If I get destroyed it just means I have more to learn.

And for anyone who's wondering, I found a venue in Brookline, a suburb of Boston (I can literally see Boston from my house), called the Brookline Booksmith. It's a little bookstore, but they have a huge basement and are big on community events. I'll PM you the contact info in a couple seconds, matt.

Btw, it's extremely accessible by train. It's in a small outdoor mall, I guess you could call it, called Coolidge Corner. There's also a parking lot.

Yeah, Booksmith is basically the best spot ever, geography-wise. I would think there'd be a fairly pricey venue fee though. Also, the basement is smaller than GU, and we get space issues there occasionally. Also, probably no 2-day events.

Do it though. Give the smash club a place they can get beat up at.
