I don't think you can. Best bet is to make the User CP your homepage and subscribe to the thread.

Have you tried running the Taskmanager and stopping the process completley?

ALSO make sure your not connected to the internet and when I mean this I mean completley unplug your router. Then do taskmanager and try to end the process and run your virus scan so it can catch it.

If not I would advise a restore to like yesterday or two days ago.
