Not a big deal with Jiggs. Jigglypuffs can be male or female, but there are more female puffs than male.

Nah, age doesnt effect skill. Mango started when he was like 14 and he was already placing! And I beat guys 7 years older than me.

If you can get any combos out of SWD, do it! It's too cool

It is just how fast you can do it really.

I hit Y and B with my thumb, pretty much at the same time, the tip of my thumb is positioned on Y, and the middle of my thumb is on B. I hit away, then smash toward the stage and hit Y and B.

In theory I guess the motion would be something like this
Tap Away
Hit Y (before you input the direction toward the stage)
Then smash B and toward the stage.

They've become second nature to me, but there was a time when I thought they were impossible. I wish this would happen with shffm.

I find shffmc easier than lowriders. Again it comes down to speed, but it's all about the snap motion of the control stick. The hardest part is going from hitting down to start the fast fall, to hitting left/right for the smash missle. It turns in to being really similar to a roll from down to left/right, but not entirely lol.

When you do lowriders, move the control stick in a quick dash dancing motion, similar to SWD. all you have to do is press Y in the middle of it, then press B after.
The only thing with SHFFM I have trouble with is pressing down too early and not fastfalling. I don't roll the control stick when I SHFFM anymore, I find it much easier to tap down very slightly. You still FF, but there's less motion involved.

Do you have to Isai Drop through platforms when Missile Canceling? Couldn't find a clear explanation.

if you're talking about platform canceling missiles (like on PS or YS), then no

if you simply land on a platform from a missile cancel, then probably yes

i'm not exactly sure why you would want to be missile cancelling on top of platforms, but i imagine isai dropping would help dropping through faster...

i'm not sure and too lazy to look at frame data for how long before you can drop through after shooting a lag-cancelled missile (maybe you don't even need to isai drop?)
