Yeah, you have a **** Lucario.lucario should be fully immersed in the top 10, screw olimar, i beat jojo's olimar at yens and to me that's enough to warrant the slight move (at least that half a place more i reckon)
And... I just considered Luigi's Fsmash to be one of the best, not necessarily THE best. I never thought that Lucas' Fsmash was that powerful (although the priority I agree with) and Pit's is easy to DI out of. Lucario's is also slow to wind up, as is Ike's.
Hence why I suggested Luigi; it's fast, if it's unsighted it's a guaranteed KO on most characters above 100%... and IT'S A FREAKING KARATE SLAP. LOL.
If we're going to go on the most powerful FSmash, I'd have to say D3's. That hammer HURTS. =P

Ulevo had a thread before he went mental and deleted everything that he had collected over the years that ranked every single move in the game and pit's fsmash was 1st on that list, but luigi's and lucas's were high up on that iirc
I had a thread ages ago, which was a working project for kill percentages of all characters.
From it, it is obvious more than ike had stronger fsmashes than luigi, including ganondorf, marths tip, ike, and snake, among quite a few others. Even ness is only 1% higher to kill, if you wanna see check my profile etc, its was incomplete due to lack of interest, from my experience, pits fsmash is mediocre, luigi and lucas have good fsmashes, I think lucas' is the best though.

Well, Luigi's F-Smash, when tilted upward and fully charged, is supposed to have as much knockback as Ganon's Neutral B.

My information is based on both luigis fsmash tilted up and normally, tilting smashes or tilts to adjust usefulness isnt anything new to me, ganons neutral b kills at about half the percentage luigis fsmash could ever do.

toons diddys hit twice and im pretty sure diddys is better than pits
charazard has insane power in his probs not as much as weegee
DK's kills pretty quick

I'm just going by experience anyway - and like I said, I'm basing this all on speed, power, priority, etc, not just pure power.
And the day I actually out-prioritise Luigi's FSmash is the day I win a tournament. O_o
my sexy weegee has started 2 pages of talking about his f smash lmao xD people kidna changed the subject as uv siad kyle by saying ike snakes is better as kyle said hes basing it on speed and power at the same time etc lets end it there haha xD

I can sleep yes Willz? If u cant hosue me i wont be able to make it. And i just checked and it costs me a hell of alotta money to get to ur's, im gonna ask my dad if he can lend me some money.

Calz says he's planning on coming over on saturday, although I was very much mind-set on wanting to come over myself the Friday to practice a little.
I don't know the route though so I'm not coming by myself... that map calzum posted means nothing to me, since I'm VISUALLY IMPAIRED and I can't read street signs or anything like that from a bus. -.-
