Not just a human, but one without any super natural or sci-fi abilities, there is no other DLC that fits into that archtype. Pretty sure there is a reason for that
The reason for that is that they chose other characters. And the pool of characters available trends towards having some kind of extraordinary ability. That's just how the Japanese design characters for their games; realistic human who shoots is a trope they leave to the Westerners, with some exceptions.
Bottom line is, if you're concerned about Lara's potential to have an interesting and unique moveset, don't be. Tomb Raider is nearly three decades old and it's chock-full of weapons, tools, artifacts and moves Lara could take.
If you're concerned that people would find her boring aesthetically, I'm going to tell you a secret: nobody cares about that. Smash is a crossover game, people care about who the character
is, not how they look. The people who do, and complain about stuff like cereal mascots or anime swordfighters, are a minority. And clearly Nintendo's decisions aren't affected by how people would react to appearances alone, given their DLC output so far has been dominated by anime dudes, including yet another blue haired swordsman.
Lara Croft would be well received because she's Lara freaking Croft. That should be obvious to anyone.
