We did them on Mp7, what were you doing them on?.... I have done 10 fights and have 3 Fangs and 1 Eye ; ;
Yep, I was constantly on D2 back in the day, sometimes solely to chat.^ A big aspect of this games "meh" is also the community. I've heard from Kravenious D2 had some cool people, D3 is like trollville.
Yes, but no.I don't think D3 community being trollville is an accurate statement. You should say the people from all the communities have become that way, looking for a good community these days is impossible unless you really have RL conversations or being present side by side with the people you play with, like smash maybe.
I haven't had any issues in DotA 2, I'd say the vast majority of people I play with are pretty cool. Occasionally there's ******s but they're the minority. Maybe there's some correlation to the amount of ******s to skill bracket level.It has a lot to do with the established personalities in the communities, especially the top players. The dota community has a history of BM since its birth, and each new generation of players learns from the previous generation that it is standard to be a ******* to other people, to the point where it is taboo to be nice to someone.
Truth, a lot of communities are just ****ty, but you can still find some great people in them.Well if you look at it case by case then that certainly would not be true because you can always find other people where you can have fun with or connect to... I was just talking about in general, it's amazing how much ****** **** is going about these days.
Yeah in my games thats usually how it is, thought I usually have at least 1 ******* on my team. I use the mute button every other game. But for the most part everyone is pretty chill and we have a good time.I haven't had any issues in DotA 2, I'd say the vast majority of people I play with are pretty cool. FB trolling FTWIdk if I agree with that, Kage. The only online community I've really had issues with was the dota 2 community, which was more than happy to remain consistent of trolls and BM. WC3 community was amazing, SC2 community is really good, LoL community seems really good so far.

The only way it can change is by leading by example. Diablo3 has a pretty hard time, since from what I remember, player interaction was relatively low. Diablo 2 you needed to join channels to find games and you did most of your grinding in pubs (baal runs and what not). Diablo 3 there is practically none of that. There are chat channels, but there is no reason to use them unless you want to go out of your way to talk to people. Sadly, on the internet the type of people that will go out of their way to go to chat room are those looking for cheap laughs or scammers. Blizzard would have to legitimately go back to the old d2 style in order to effectively have a better community.
Jay Wilson expressed his desire to have a small/hidden place for hardcore dueling to take place (where you indeed die permanently). I don't know if he'll execute on that, but he mentioned that in an old interview. He said he thinks that community is crazy but respects their wishes to take such a huge gamble.Yeah, and you won't be able to die in HC dueling, which is lame.
