Dude, cars suck. Always havin problems >.>


I envy people who know anything technical about cars. They save money and probably know how to prevent most problems.

Next time I would like to know if it's held the first time. I had to literally trek across the campus on a sore leg and still didn't get to go in because Disqo didn't have his ID.

Seek a mechanic.
Seriously.
I do work on cars but there's nothing I can do for you unless you tell me in detail what is going down or if I actually get to run a diagnosis test on it myself.


Oh and by the way, Batou's monthly 7 is going to be on the 24th of March. I'll make the tournament thread soon.

Well. It won't respond to keyless unlock or even the lock buttons inside the car.
Only things that work are manually turning the key in the door and popping the hood. AKA NOTHING works.

I put key in ignition. Nothing happens. I turn. Still nothing. It was like this before I replaced my battery, but then everything worked fine. For a few days. Now it's back to dead.

Have you tried jump-starting your car, and if so, does everything start working fine? Since you just got a new battery, it's most likely not the battery, unless you got a faulty one. It could be your alternator (the thing that charges your battery; if it's dead, it won't hold a charge), or it might be a fuse that burnt out in your car. You should go get the alternator tested. Take the part out and go to your local AutoZone to get it tested.

Yeah, Brett, your alternator is bad. Get it checked and replaced ASAP.

In other news, Smashfest at my place tomorrow. I will need a Wii and Brawl half setup for my TV, and I think that I can squeeze in one more set up if it is decent, but it would be at the expense at my computer table.

Anyways, there is a tournament in Austin this weekend. It's on Saturday and I'm going. I know Batou ALSM and myself are in the carpool. Who else wants in? Also there is another tournament this Friday in Irving and I will be attending that too. So if you're carpooling with me be ready for it.
