Crimean Sonata: An Ike Compilation Video by Kirk

Excellent video; amazing editing, great music choice, and entertaining gameplay. Thanks for creating this; I enjoyed watching it.

Nice video overall. Nice combos, KO’s and a very rich use of visual and musical effects. Now to the ugly part:
• The beginning of the video had a very dense atmosphere that could be better exploited if that “Prepare yourself” hadn’t brought it all apart. The “Kirk presents…” was too intrusive. Smaller letters would be welcome.
• Some visual effects (like the highlight in the match against Fox and the blur in the matches against Marth and Sheik) didn’t add anything special to the video. Their absence would make the action clearer;
• Those FE:RD cut scenes where only interrupting my fun: Watching you own people;
• Some KO’s weren’t awesome; the opponent did something very dumb.
That’s all. I certainly hope to see more combo videos from you Kirk.

Didnt really like the video. Most of the stuff isnt that fascinating and happens quite often. Allthough that video has showed you are a good ike player. I liked the editing except that highlighting bubble, that was kinda lame. The music also didnt quite match the video that well, despite my taste, thats why i stopped halfway through. Could have had some change in music from time to time.

FANTASTIC! This deserves a ton of attention because of all the work you put into it, Kirk.
Most of the scenes aren't as awesome as the one's usually in Tapion's and such but Ike is a tough character to get those kinds of scenes with.
Where this video really shines is the obvious attention to quality and the AMAZING choice and usage of music.

It was synched with the music, if you didn't notice, which made it worth having.
Very good Kirk the only think I have for criticism is the length.

2:50 to 2:58 - I loved how everything started to get glowy, kinda like when ur on shrooms or something. :D

I told you already over AIM.. but once again, since I'm back to Smashboards on a rare "how do I make videos..." tangent, I stopped by here. ^-^ I love the music, as it reminds me of Baten Kaitos... so much! >< Curse you same game developers! -shakes fist at Tri-Crescendo- <.< Anyway..
I like the compilation a lot, and have shown multiple friends online, who now fear the Ike.
I have learned many things.. Aether > Quick Blade. Quick Blade = Pressure. F-Smash is still the most satisfying move to hit with.
All in all. Triple Thumbs up. -holds up ripped off arm of a person that disliked Ike, now in the shape of a thumb too- ^-^

I love everything about this vid, even the RD cutscenes. While the "Ike is gay" taunt was hillarious (I'm STILL laughing over it), the favorite part has to be when you were charging up the F-Smash and the opponent panicked like hell.
It's nice to see such an great Ike. Maybe I'll get the chance to play dittos with you, Kirk.

Very, very good. Ike players, especially you, seem to have a really wierd playstyle where they seem to be the only character than can charge their moves and manage to get people to fall into something super strong just by knowing that people will try to dodge Ike's strong moves. I've never seen that with any other character. Some characters tech chase, Ike can chase with the same move the character is trying to avoid. It seemed like Ike was saying "I'm going to kill you now, jk, I'm going to kill you later." I've never seen someone use slow as an advantage before, congratulations.

I know this video was posted quite awhile ago, but oh well.
Not only did that have quite the quality that a compilation video needs to keep people interested, those were some extremely amazing highlights. No wonder why I see your name so much in the tournament results. This made me want to be good at tournaments, seriously.

I watched this video... over and over, and there is only one thing to be said. This movie is ****ing awesome!
Ike is NOT bad; that much is truth. Anyway, I find myself replaying that video over and over. I like the music.

You are truly an amazing Ike player. This video was overwhelmingly exhilarating with all of those jab combos, mindgames, skills, special effects, and especially the music. You seem to know what your opponent's next moves are, and then really show them with your manly Ike skills. Amazing video, brilliant combos, commendable effects, and a great job.
