Yeah, the new Bond movie looks beyond depressing. The last one was iffy. They stopped being good around Goldeneye.

^ Agreed the best bonds were with Sean Connery. I'm going to watch 007 just because. I hope it isn't THAT terrible. Has anyone here seen Charlie Bartlett? I just saw it, thought it sucked but the kid looks almost ****ing identical to me it's so weird.

Yeah I heard Quantum of Solace sucks and I'm prepared to be disappointed tonight when I see it. I rewatched Casino Royale last night and it was just as awesome as I remember it. It's a shame most sequels are terrible.

Does that REALLY matter?
I'll put a good 1,000 dollars on the fact that I have bigger movie collection (of purchased movies, not burned) than both of you so just because people download movies does not mean they do not support running to their local Wal Mart or whatever to purchase them. That aside, half of the people out there today are so concerned with "special features" and "Blu-Ray quality" so you bet your bottom dollar that they run out there and pick up the movie too. Aesir is the same as me, you download something...you like it...you buy it....if not....whatever.
I don't know about you but I'm not too willing to drop 30.00 for a blu ray or go to blockbuster and pay 5 dollars for a movie rental. Buying new movie DVD's at this point is pretty pointless. Used old movies is pretty much all I buy now.

Go to the movies more. If you like a film in theaters enough then buy it when it's out on DVD. That's what I do. That's the best way to experience a movie anyway, in the theater. Not some crappy bootleg version on your puny *** labtop screen.
He's right if you like the movie enough you should buy it not steal it and possibly go to jail or fined and if you are concerned about the movie being bad wait for a friend to buy it and borrow it from him /her

You don't know where to look and what to look for. $10.75 (It might even be higher now, but thats what it cost last time I saw a movie.) to go see something I could watch for free within an hour or so? No thanks. I only go to the movies if some of my friends want to go pretty much unless its something like a Star Wars movie or something I've really been looking forward to. Judging by the quality of some of the recent movies put out, I doubt that situation will ever arise again. Movies are all about $$$$ now and we all know that to be 100% true. Also, laptop screens are now able to project HD quality....so...how is a laptop screen puny??
Last time I pirated a movie I got it in DVD quality and that was The Departed.
I personally know cops who pirate movies. It's really not a big deal. It used to be a HUGE deal and it was a lesser known thing/harder to pull off but nowadays you can easily find movies on the internet. I remember when I pirated the first Spiderman (Whcih I own as well.) and everyone was like WTF? How the hell did you find that movie? Now, some peoples collections are solely pirated films. The only way you can get caught pirating is if you are a ****ing moron about it and try to make money off of it by selling your copies to people. I am 100% all for buying movies that deserve your twenty or so dollars but trying to go against piracy is just ******** at this point. That's like saying a group of facebook kids not filling up for gas on one day can bring down the cost of gasoline. haha
I always thought you were supposed to pirate stuff you weren't sure was gonna be good, and purchase later if it is good, to support it?

I'm not much into collections, nor do I have much of an impressive TV or DVD player, so I can safely say that the quality I view it on my Laptop is greater than my own Television.
