Are you simply that much more confident in your read of Vult?

Actually swords is obvioiusly a better lynch candidate since he has more votes, but Sephy is still the best lynch candidate.

The thing is, though more people had their votes on swords at the moment, the lynch train had basically topped out since everyone who wanted swords lynched had voted for him.


That's why Vult was the more viable choice, not that we really have much of a choice anyway with Vult at l-3 and very little time left on a weekend.

We NEED a lynch people, stop dallying.

Okay, I just want to point out that just because Vult claimed a "good guy character" (in the anime) doesn't mean that he isn't scum. We don't really know how the flavor works in this game, and I suggest we try not to figure it out.

Now then, that said, I'm a bit less suspicious of vult, but Summoner made a good point that I haven't thought of. Vult could be scum who, having made a dumb mistake, TRIED to play the "dumb townie" role, but I digress.

Since we are all at a stand still, I suggest that everyone who isn't voting to just vote for whoever they want to. Seriously, we need to get someone lynched, we have less then 3 1/2 hours to do so.

No matter what you THINK is established d1, nobody is scummy enough to have established guilt or innocence unless a ridiculous slip-up is made. Having a lynch d1 is just a pure numbers game, we lynch somebody that looks the best in hopes of getting lucky (and we seemingly get lucky at a lower percentage then we should due to scum's knowledge advantage).


So frankly, this last-minute stupidity to try to get a preferred lynch is just pure unadultrated stupidity. KevinM, why do you REFUSE to vote for anyone except those two? Gheb, why MUST you lynch dark_ermac?


Hell, I don't mind killing Sephiroth's Masume, get him in territory where it's reasonable and I'll toss my vote in.


But neglecting a clear favorite at the 11th hour is stupid, and strikes me as preventing a lynch in general, therefore scummy.


So, get somebody to 8 ASAP.

Wasn't me, I you're thinking about how OS said that if vult got to l-1, he'd hammer, and he later voted for vult, which made gheb think he hammered.

As I said before, I don't have a firm read on you, but this is day one, we have no solid info, so sorry, but willing to lynch you to get the extra 14% chance of catching all the scum.
