Character Exploration Thread - Day 79: Axel Stone (Streets of Rage)

Welcome to the Character Exploration Thread! Here, we cycle through a variety of topics - Mainly the fighters - That don't get enough attention. Rather than tirelessly reiterating the same old debates of likelihood on a loop, this thread is for chill vibe time where we discuss who the characters are, where they're from, and what they could do. Discuss the series with fellow fans, or learn, more about it, just generally any sort of informative, constructive discussion.

How to Play
More or less just talk about the characters. Every day, we cycle through and talk about someone else. Between every cycle, there's a brief period of grace time - About 2 hours or so - Where you can give some final thoughts on the character being discussed.

If there's someone you want to talk about, you can nominate them yourself. By default, you have 5 nominations, or "noms." By sharing gameplay ideas, whipping up big writeups, and asking questions about the topic at hand, you can get five more noms each, without any upper limit (For now). You can submit your noms during the next cycle, preferably during the grace period between cycles.

To avoid cluttered conversations and people stealing questions, you can only ask one question per post. After that, you must wait for three more nom-worthy posts from other people - Movesets, stage concepts, writeups, other people's questions - Before you can ask another question

Rules

1. Characters must have a support thread to be nominated, with all the rules that entail. If you want an entire series nominated, then at least one character from that series must have a support thread.
2. There will be no debates over likelihood; I know some people enjoy it or have opinions they want to share on the matter, but there's a time and place for everything and this isn't it. You're allowed to have healthy debates over how certain mechanics and elements could be implemented, though.
3. Be respectful. You can have your opinions, but don't actively go %$#@ing on a character, and especially don't go in during their day looking for a fight.
4. Please don't just dump submissions; That gets messy real quick. Nominations will happen as detailed above.
5. Have fun, be open to trying new things, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
