I remember when it was just diem and shadow. Then Atomsk and Lee Martin got picked up? and then I saw M2K and MikeHaze wear V shirts.

It takes me a while to respond sometimes! but here goes. also, i'm just going by the people that i remember, i was wiped out at that tourny, going through changes n shnizznoff. : )

peef- cornel asked me awhile ago and i wasnt sure if he was coming or not and he came at the last minute..sorry for not making that clear, but next time we can def team and do double hand offs

what frames said- yup..i decided to pay back hbox first and plus i only had tp pay like 11 dollars for gas to get here from ga, but he will get his money soon though

PEEF- that timed out match was hilarious, it didnt get recorded did it?

guys from Savannah- Articanus, druggedfox, and the 7DS? (Im not sure if i got your names right); you guys were fun to play with and getting to play smash outside was pretty awesome

Dogy- kirby dittos were the last thing i was expecting, but too fun nevertheless

Plup- i liked teaming with you, you get the legit kills while i just stay away and get kirbycides (best strategy btw)

sworddancer- teaming with you was pretty fun too, hope you have a tourney soon

zone- nice zelda, you realy did donate $200?

young link teams with dark sonic, smashmac, and plup were the best

great games to everyone else, im sorry if i didnt mention you

well i hope that there can be another huge FL tournament this summer, so that i can play you guys again

Oh snap, that totally went over my head before. I thought Peef thought I was a Sheik main or something. I'll take that as a compliment from Peef; Amsah's hair game is pretty fresh.

RockCrock for being such a beast! (Sorry I was kinda neutral on your match vs. Dogysamich. I kinda wanted both of you to win for character/region/smasher bias). Rooted for you all the way in the other matches though.

Publix (G-Love?): for the ride down to Orlando.

Harriettheguy: for buyin' some of my cold *** hotdogs on the way down to the tourney, that help me raise enough money to enter teams:chuckle:.

Ballistics: thanks for the ride to Dop's place and the ride back to G'ville. I had a fun time smashin' with you guys.

Flamin' Roy: Thank you for saving a brother from starving. I hadn't had Pizza Hut in like forever. And don't worry, I ate your money's worth of it too; heated some more up as soon as I woke up.

Dop: Thanks for housing me Saturday night, I had a good time smashing with you guys there.

Dogysamich: It was nice finally officially meeting you. Your Doc is hella legit, always knew it was too. Doc dittos were nice.

SmashMac: Nice seeing you out there again. Too bad we never got to get any matches in. I couldn't make it back to CEO on Sunday. Hope we get to play next time.

GGs to everyone else I played. I'm kinda disappointed with my tournament matches again. I need wayy more tournament practice I guess. And I need wayy more cash if I'm gonna have any kinda chance in going to more of these. But, I'll be back eventually.

THINGS THAT PISSED ME OFF AT THIS TOURNAMENT

1. TOURNAMENT NOT FINISHING IN ONE DAY = unacceptable.... (okay i contributed to delinquency too, but seriously)

2. TEAMS PAYING OUT TO 4th WHEN SINGLES ONLY PAYED OUT TO 4th (are you ****ing kidding me? although i love bigger teams payouts, this just struck me as ridiculous)

3. PP + CHU FORFEITING... (**** if I had known that was gonna happen I woulda played a little differently) maybe... XD

4. GETTING COMPLETELY ***-RAMMED BY PP IN SINGLES (the most disgusting **** I've experienced recently, so glad we didn't care about recording lol)

For all you southern kids, I'll be at TO6, so see you then, if not APEX :)

**** tope, i wanted to go so badly but i had graduation on that sunday, and i couldn't pull off the drive on sunday morning lol. i was pretty hyped to chill with you and cyrain too. i'll def be at APEX and TO6 so i'll see you there man!

PP what you did to colin,although you probably had no bad intentions, can be interpreted as nothing but disrespect. I know for a fact you are a really nice guy, and that's why you forfeiting surprised me. Did you think about how badly colin wanted to rematch you? Personally, if I lost to you in winners too, I would've been looking forward to that losers finals rematch with a passion. No matter how little your desire to play is, go through with the match; win or lose.

Hope you learned something from your mistake.

Just wanted to say Thank you to all the smashers that helped make CEO a big success. You guys really pulled together with setups and were a big plank to help.

Look forward to doing something again with you guys.

On a negative note, it was a shame that the perfect weekend(we Ran a 125 man Street Fighter tournament in 7 hours which is unheard of in the SF world) had to be ruined by the fact that after I put in a lot of work into the event my iPhone gets stolen.

I place no blame on anyone other than myself for ever leaving it out on the table but at some point I did have smashers come to my area from time to time so if any of you have any tips to my lost white iphone with a gameboy sticker on it, I'm offering a 300 dollar reward as all of my contacts and really important information for events and such is gone. If any of you know anything and want to be a hero to the SRK world email me at Alexjebailey@gmail.com

I meant no disrespect to Col bol, he's an awesome guy and he housed me after all. I'm dealing with a lot emotionally right now, and I just didn't have any motivation to play on Sunday. If Chu had been there and won against Col bol in semis then I still would have forfeited.

Even if I had agreed to play Col bol I wouldn't have given him my best shot, but I guess that doesn't matter?

Finally, if I agreed to put up money for singles and enter, then I would think that I should be allowed to withdraw(with no refund of course) from the tournament at any time. Me being forced to play would have been me probably going Fox or something.

I have nothing but respect and appreciation for Col Bol as a dude and a player, but I really couldn't avoid what I did. I'm sorry if it's interpreted that way to others or even him, I meant nothing wrong by it.

I'd really rather not talk about this, but I want to let everyone know kind of what's going on.

Once again, my bad guys. I'm 99% sure I'll never do that again. If I feel bad then I just won't enter next time.

lol @ PP forfeiting being called disrespect. PP? Disrespect? I'm pretty sure the last time he did anything close to disrespecting anyone it was like two or three years ago with me, and even then, I was just being a big baby about it :p he's like the nicest guy ever lol he'd never disrespect another player. leave that to the trash talking fans (like me!) and Mango :p

I know what it's like to go through things emotionally, hell, I've struggled with depression my whole life and it often interfered with my confidence/playing at tournaments. Pound 4, I mean lol I was like a walking zombie. **** gets rough sometimes, and things DO come before Smash...

PS Doctor P, we never actually do talk per se but I'm there for you if you ever need someone else to chat it up with : )

I just remembered D-Torr used to put a heckuva lot of fighting game gifs in tournament posts....
They were random.

Xaltis, you could at least find gifs that better fit what you're saying instead of using a few general ones over and over...

Fair enough. You know I have nothing but love for one of the south's finest.:chuckle:

For all of you that posted in defense of pp, reread my post because you obviously interpreted it wrong. Ive personally been in that situation before, and therefore chose to relay my view on the issue. DJRome, it's not about agreeing or disagreeing, but the issue has been laid to rest anyways.
