Fletch, we run wireless and we get a pretty consistent 4-bar connection (and weve even hosted occasionally :p)
My apartment is big to the point where my PS3 doesn't even always pick up the wireless signal in our entertainment center. I just installed a range expander yesterday, so I will give MW2 a go tonight.

UAV is boss.

Also, @Leafy try rushing with an MP5K@RDS. You won't go back, promise. It's too good for rushing.

Maybe a UAV is just way more useful for you because you're just so unquestionably awesome at this game other killstreaks can't match up?

SitRep Pro is a godsend for me, though I can still listen for footsteps fairly consistently even without it (or headsets, for that matter, why'd you guys even seriously need it?). It's why I never use Hearbeat Sensors.

I found a good trick to sniping too is to not scope out after a kill.

This makes it harder for your enemy to identify where you shot from if he watched the killcam.

Megatron/pikaville/Aidan, I love your custom title. ~/:p/~

That trick would work, but the problem there is more before you kill the guy instead, as there's more killcam that side. You'd need to be scoped in for a good while before you shoot to hide yourself.

Bah

Roach, how do you go around getting 9/11/25 killstreaks? I can barely get my Harriers/Attack Helicopters before some random dumb*** with Danger Close explodes me to oblivion.

****ting me, you killed me like 5+ times each game.
looooool

... anyway, got my last EAD a half hour earlier in a Team Deathmatch on Karachi. Quite a fitting last one, too - a Pave Low, two Attack Helicopters and a Predator (let two other guys take the Attack helis just because I was happy - I hardly needed the XP, lol). Then I prestiged.

Currently rank 8 and counting.

It is the best close range gun BY FAR. With SP, it kills in two bullets up close, it kills in .07 seconds, and with rapid fire, kills in .05 seconds. Go akimbo, and one shot from each side gives you a kill. None of the other SMGs even come close. Mid-range it is only decent, and it does suck long-range, but you're using an SMG not an AR so long range is kind of irrelevant.

Meh ok I guess but UZI is more reliable long range. Also technically UZI isn't technically a bad gun but just is slightly worse then the P90 but with redeeming qualities so yeah, it really isn't horrid.

I like how this guy is defending the Uzi. I approve.

SitRep Pro has already saved my life on Scrapyard. Heard a guy coming through the plane, got my Rangers out, took him down.

More importantly, why do you capitalise the Uzi's name when it's not an acronym...?

I said it is still an ok gun in my post. There really aren't many "bad" guns in this game, just guns that outclass other ones. Well, maybe the F2k and Intervention are "bad" guns per se, but at least they are usable.

I still haven't gotten the Clay More challenge. :/

Where to place?
In front of doors (people still run into them...) and around corners at a good angle so they can't see the red lasers before they hear the 'click' sound and the kill cam of them getting blown up. Scavenger helps.

Ya. I mean, I've gotten lots of kills w/ claymores, just not doubles.
Doubles are pretty easy for me to get with claymores. Heck, I've ever gotten several triples with them before.

I hope I get a multi-kill with a claymore one day.

lol. Lazy? You don't know the half of it.

I told my teammate to go check down a hallway in Search because I was too lazy to move my thumbs to move. It had nothing to do w/ my safety.

But like I said, riot shielding w/ a team is hella fun.

Problem with this is that you should always be moving. And it doesn't matter because I know where you are every time. If you press start while watching a killcam, you can see the enemys radar. You can see their position and everyone on their team. Now think twice before you say it's stupid that Search doesn't get Partychat.

Riot shielding with a team is hella fun in search. My friends and I just used riot shields w/ rpg's and it was tight. I even got a 4vs1 clutch. lololol
I do that so often and it's a lot of fun. Danger Shielding is something I've perfected. My best accomplishments, triple kill with an AT4 in game winning killcam, dozens of 360 RPG killcams, two 1v6 clutches, Favela and Invasion. If you have team support, it's really helpful. Travel in groups of two and gang up on a guy. Bash -> teammate bashes.

I think it's safe to say that you're a terrible team player. Just saying. If you're too lazy to support the team, then forget about winning.

Except in the team tactical playlist. I've never used that trick before, maybe i should start doing it...

Talking? With teammates?

Most of the time, my teammates are 10 year old... hopefully boys, because all I hear is a high-pitched '**** YOU *****' which is very, very irritating.

This implication is incorrect. Based on this one time that I didn't help my team you automatically think I am bad at this game? I think not. Like I said, I've put away my try hard pants.

To tell you the truth, I have no idea. I always make grammar nazi mistakes like that whenever I'm trying to defend something :I

Exactly, I think we just got off at different points of view. I thought you meant that the Uzi was unviable but its cool now.

Also back on topic from debating, I was facing a riot shield team in S&D and they acted like sparta warriors. On the radar they were either in a arrow formation or in a turtle group in which they covered all their blind sides. We still beat them pretty bad since some of us were noob tubing (I felt bad for that) and generally just launching explosive volleys in general.

Half the fun of this game is playing with friends. Get a full party of people, why would you want a random in your party?

Except in the team tactical playlist. I've never used that trick before, maybe i should start doing it...
That doesn't work in Team Tac? Are you positive?

You said before you're a lazy player. This leads me to believe that you're the type of person that doesn't do what's best for the team. Someone that would use a throwing knife over a claymore, for example. If you don't have the motivation to watch a chokepoint yourself, then I doubt you're a very successful player.

EDIT: @Fletch - I hope you'll still be posting in the thread.

lol, Sorry Fletch. I didn't actually do any testing on that...ever. I literally have 0 kills on the P90, so I basically guessed. I think it's basically a mediocre Vector with more bullets and more recoil.

Oh how awesome that would be if people weren't explosive whores.

I expect to have some turtle beach px21's in my hands within the next week or two.

You guys have been begging me to get a mic, SO I HOPE YOU'RE HAPPY.

Also, we PS3 guys need to riot shield more. I end up shielding with randoms in SND, and they always suck.

I misread what F8AL said. There's partychat in the Team Tactical playlist, not Search and Destroy. I was asking if the pause killcam worked.

What do you guys prefer for a riot shield, Throwing Knife or C4? Personally I like them evenly, because on S&D for me I using marathon lightweight/coldblooded ninjapro/commando for offense and C4 Scavenger coldblooded/dangerclose/commando for defense. It has worked pretty well for me.

And am I the only one who thinks OMA works on a riot shield class? I find it extremely useful on offense because I can set up two claymores for rushers and then still have my throwing knife to use throughout.
