I didn't have time to read through over 50 pages of text >.< but I read through a considerable amount and have been an avid Bomberman addict for awhile, heh. Just thought I'd show my support for good ol' Bomberman. 
Some of the movesets have been incredibly inventive too; The Other Wind's from one of the earlier pages springs to mind. At the moment he's right up there as one of my most wanted 3rd-Party characters for Brawl

Gah, I'm craving some explosive action now. Why on EARTH haven't I bought a Bomberman game off of the stupid Virtual Console yet!?!? Dammit, that's soooo going to be my next purchase >.>
EDIT: @Mckillyou - I know! I LOVED Bomberman 64 back in the day. Pity N64 games seem to be somewhat of a rarity on the Virtual Console, and sadly I don't see Bomberman as such a high priority for an N64 VC release any time soon.. *sigh* But I can dream...

Ah, I remember now. The cute little customizable pieces for Bomberman were something I really liked about the game for some reason. I was a big dork...

Yep, just one. Im really hoping they give us Bomberman 64 already. Thats one of the reasons i bought a Wii.
I read somewhere that theyre planning on releasing it, but they need to release more Nintendo games first, especially for the 64.

Oh i hope so! I mean I have it for my N64 lying in a box somewhere in the basement, but this is the games I would definitely buy.. it was a great game. And it was actually difficult, or at least i remember it to be.

And the name Wario Blast: feat. Bomberman isnt just. The game was mainly based around classic Bomberman gameplay, but with Wario flying by every-so-often. If anything it should have been Bomberman Blast: feat. Wario, ya digg?

Bomberman simply has to be in Brawl. Bman is a legend. His inclusion would be logical, original movesets have been suggested and IMO he deserves the role much more then other suggestions. More importantly I CAN see it happening; I can envisage Bomberman running around the Bridge of Eldin or Pokemon Stadium kicking major behind. Also he could have a great role within the Subspace Emissary.

There's no doubt characters like Sonic and maybe Megaman have priority over Bomberman. But Geno? I don't think so.
Geno is just a ridiculous character addition, IMO. Bomberman is a much better choice, and brings WAY more to the variety table than Geno ever would. "Beam attacks" my ***.
