TL isn't all that bad, he can spam projectiles, spike (risky), z-air, tether gimp, and hit people at tough angles with properly aimed f-airs and b-airs. None of those are spectacular but he does have a lot of options

Shiek is also a good gimper. Her nair, fair, and bair are useful for gimping.

MK no contest. Dair, nair, and shuttle loop are amazing off stage. Plus his recovery is amazing so he will never get counter-gimped.

pits an amazing gimper/edgeguarder if you can master all of his techs

-he has curveable, spammable arrows
-he has wing refreshing for going off the stage to edgeguard
-he can use his continuous neutral/angel ring (preferably angel ring) on the edge
-he has his mirror sheild for turning recoveries around
-amazing jumping ability
-great aerials for edgeguarding (exept for d-air)
-on top of all that (not rlly too useful) his wings have a windpush effect

though mks is a beast gimper as well as marios cape and fludd
jiggs has the best WOP though
though kirby is also a favorite

DK has 3 great spikes and back air for either send the opponent far or stage spike.

D3 has his back air and sometimes also forward smash. He can even Dededecide.

Ganon has a devastating and reliable dair. He can also Ganncide and it's inescapable.

Best gimping would have to be Pokémon Trainer or Mario. Pokémon Trainer has Squirtle's Water Gun and aerials, Ivysaur's horizontal aerials and Vine Whip and Charizard's Flamethrower, d-air and f-air. All of them can be set up with the Pokémons' amazing grab game. Couple this with a constantly switching style of gimps, and the opponent is as good as screwed.

Mario has Cape, which reverses and doubles the opponent's momentum. He also has F.L.U.D.D. and a powerful spike.

Meta Knight does a good job, but I refuse to acknowl- ohwait.
