Kirby can spike a few characters w/ uthrow on the very edge of PS1 (including lucario lol).

Kirby and MK can omnigay w/ uthrow, and kill w/ it if they are below a high platform or the opponent is at a really high percent (really, really high lol)

Snakes sometimes will do uthrow -> utilt on falco or other fast falling chars at 0% since it does more damage than ftilt.

Marths will occasionally kill w/ uthrow if their opponent is at very high percent (usually against a character that you practically have to zone camp to death like Kirby), I've seen MikeHaze and NEO do it in a couple of matches.

But yeah, usually uthrows are booty in this game (in Melee though is a different story, hehe), although Lucario's is relatively decent.
