I'm pretty sure you have to do buffered grabs against certain characters.

ZSS, G&W, and Olimar to be exact.
I don't see how you buffer a grab from a walk. During a walk the grab will come out as soon as you hit the grab button.

From a dash you could buffer a grab, but do you buffer a dash grab from dthrow or do you simply buffer a dash, then buffer a grab in the middle of the dash since a dash has a certain amount of frames where you cannot do anything.

For a running CG, you to buffer the dash and then the grab in order to grab certain characters. For walking CG, you just hold forward after your throw and grab while they are in the air. It requires some amount of buffering.

I lurk everywhere, I know things I shouldn't. Also that last bit made no sense. "I don't want scanning these threads every 10 mins."

I was more or less curious of how common knowledge it was and if the %'s were known.

Every little aspect like that actually matters in gameplay, but I never see people use it. I think that's the only thing that makes me any better then a decent player. I pay attention to such small details like that.

Something I found out from a DDD main:
DDD can dtilt Snake at the edge after a dthrow. They dtilt by only partially holding down, so they dtilt from a standing position. Rather then crouching first.

I feel that tidbit of knowledge can matter for a LOT of characters. And I know many of people who don't know about it. O_o and (suprisingly) I didn't know either...

Well um, this question is on the Pit v Falco matchup, but there's a bit more to it.

I would like to know the names of intermediate to expert Falco players who also have a ton of Pit experience.
The reason for this is because I have a document of which I want to store all Pit matchups in, and I want the experienced Falcos' point-of-view on the matchup to help with the matchup discussions.

What I ask is for those Falcos with tons of Pit experience to contact me (or I'll contact them, mostly on AIM if they have one when I get their names) to write a detailed summary on the Pt v Falco matchup, which includes priorities, and Stage CPs, you know. Many Pit players have asked me to get info from the top tier chars first, so, yea.

Could u help me out with this mission guys to get the inputs of veteran Falcos who have a lot of Pit experience for the matchup? :/

I played abit with nikenick, but I'm knowledgeable about Falco overall. You can contact me if you need help with information on falco or summit.

And susa read my mind, was about to ask about those percentages yesterday but forgot about it and went to bed, lulz.

Pit can CG-Combo Falco to the same % right?
I don't remember Pit being able to do so, some say til 30%, never did it because of Falco's common nature of his own CG and camping away.
Someone should check if Pit could CG Falco again. If he could CG Fox and Wolf due to their fastfalling, then maybe Falco should suffer from it too.
I do know that he can do that F-throw to Stutterstep Fsmash if the Falco's at 0%, a quick 29-30% damage, when you start at 0.

With buffer it's about 30% IIRC.

Plankpit is legit btw, only trouble is that falco has less trouble getting a hit offstage against pit because of pits range (it's nice, don't get me wrong. but bair is sex)

I think the key against Pit is to outspam him with lasers and mix in a few reflectors to push away some arrows. I think IAP is pretty essential in this matchup in order to get in closer.

I fought a pretty annoying Pit once. He would throw me and follow up with arrows, even if I just flew 2 feet away. Let me say this: there were more arrows than lasers..

I think I found out something, not sure if it's known or not, probably known already actually.

If you Dacus with Falco using Attack rather than Grab, you have a few more early frames to do it than Dacusing with Grab. And if you Dacus during those frames you will have a longer slide (about 1.5 times longer) than dacus with grab.
