I've been playing Ez as AP as of late.
9/0/21,
+15 AP quintessences, +16 mana regen yellow, +28 AP blues, 9 magic pen.
Doran's Ring -> Tear -> Sheen -> Lich Bane -> ****
I've actually had a lot of success playing AP Ez... haha.
His ap ratios are just obscene.
I don't get to play him in ranked enough because too many people
1. Assume Ez is AD (my god I remember when I started playing Ez and I was AD back then and everyone assumed I was AP and everyone would be like wtf scrub sif not build AP YOU HAVE A HEAL)
2. ***** and moan that ez sucks.
Seriously... 100% (Lich Bane), 70%, 75%, 90% Ratios.
Only... like Anivia comes close to that because of her E skill doing double damage in slow.
Now his bases are being reverted it will be even better/easier to farm with him.

idk if you're gonna build AP Ez then there are champs who can do it better imo, not to mention that since he can't really farm that hard it doesn't seem like he'll be able to do much with it...he's pretty useless now all around lol hopefully they fix it.
