for up tilt, 0-35 forward DI, or you can walk forward and it works to way way highe r%, and 0-50 back DI
for falco
0-17 forward DI
0-25 no DI
0-31 back DI
for up tilt
0-42 forward DI
0-54 back DI
that's for not needing to move
so if falcos at 44% and DIs away from up throw you can either regrab, uair, or what i usually do is walk forward up tilt

That's exactly what I do in brawl.
