I have the tank habits of initiating team fights, and then I drop instantly and the it's like "Oh yea..."

I won a brawl singles tournament today. Beat scoot for the first time in well over a year.
Unfortunately couldn't record the set. The people with equipment left early, there would be some random brawl matches around, but I doubt there would be many with me in them.
Smashville (me), Smashville (him), Yoshi's Island (me), Battlefield (him), Castle Siege (me!) - hard mother ****ing read downsmashes and living to 200% multiple times like a boss.

Each match was pretty much last hit but I feel like I've "improved" recently through not playing the game at all (but still thinking about it with a bit more interest as of late).

It pretty much went like this
I watched a video of myself,
I hit someone with a forward air tippered and I'm like "NOICE"
then I hit someone with an untippered forward air and all of a sudden I went "wait a second, why isn't this tippered?"

The simplest trains of thought seem to always produce the most success for me.

guys i had a question regarding stage textures. i followed the directions from this site

and i created that directory the private>wii>...>melee and i downloaded the textures (which were in folders) from brawl vault, but i didn't know what to do from there?????? and it asked me to download gecko os and codemanager, but i didn't do that cuz i already have gecko and the RSBE01.gct code from downloading infinite replay hack. is that right?
