    Aren't we all "Let's name our towns after video game city" nerds?

    I really don't have a ton in my town besides a filling museum, a 2nd stage house, a lopsided snowman, and both pears and coconuts. Well, that and 50K in savings.

    UGH. w/e i like elements better. just deviantart and guildinn i guess have tons of photoshop. most versions of photoshop have the same stuff in them. The later the version, the more compatible you are with tuts. if you have CS4 you can use any tut, even for gimp, because it has all the functions/features of GIMP and elements and CS versions. with CS3 you can do pretty much any photoshop tut. you mean for specific sig making right? not just like how to use PS? cuz i can tell you about that if you need.

    it's not an accident. i'm not sure where to find it but download UnRarX for mac. just google it. once you have that, find it and open it. then click browse and find the file. then click extract. then the new expanded file should be next to the .rar file

    Hey, I'm not here to badger you. Just wanted to let you know that I saw what IDK posted about you being really busy.

    I understand if you've got a lot of things going on, and I just wanted to say take your time. I can't speak for the others on the list, but I'm not going to die if I have to wait a few extra days or whatever.

    So take your time and just do what you can. I know what it's like to have parents on your back about everything, so just do what you can do, and if I have to wait longer for my sig, I'll be all right.

    After all, you're the one doing us a favor by making this for us for free. So thanks in advance, and I just wanted to let you know that I understand what your situation's like. So don't worry about it. Just get the sig to me whenever you can. No pressure.

    what, the rain? did you download it? make a new folder title it GIMP actions then go to edit>preferences>folders>scripts. then type in the file location of GIMP actions and then you should find it under filters>animation>rain. i think the DL link describes all that...

    lol yeah the 2 firefox in dock thing is weird. i think it was because i started firefox by opening it with a different program that needed to go online or something and it decided to use a copy lol. and lol me=mack.

    well its easier on photoshop. but for GIMP, polygonal lasso. zoom in to like 400% and click a ton. basically every time it curves you have to move a little, click, move a little, click, etc. before you select it set the feather to 5 px. it will make the selection a little more round and just fade the edges of the render. it works really well and everyone does it. in PS, you use the magnetic lasso, which sticks to the pixels basically. you just move the mouse around the render and it finds it. GIMP has the scissors which are similar, but not as good.
