I haven't seen him post anywhere or be in attendance at any tournaments since then. Maybe they ran off together?

Yeah, no homebrew channel for me. It's not a big deal though; I only really wanted to get Yoshi texture hacks for myself. =3 Infinite replays and music hacks would be cool too, but I can live without it. I'll probably download TiO or whatever it is and play around with it for a while. But...who is Nikanor? The name sounds familiar, but I can't place it...

No, knowing my luck, I'll end up getting knocked out by him in the second round or something. =P I faced him in pools at SK 2 and almost took a match off him, but he'll probably ban Rainbow Cruise now. XD Making it to grand finals would be amazing though.

Mike is going to be in your classes? That's awesome. =] That will probably help you out a lot having someone you know there with you. Of course, it could be a bit distracting as well, so try not to lose your focus too much. =P

Ah, engineering. That just seems like the generic option for people wanting to go to university for something in the sciences. I've got a couple friends that are taking engineering at the U of A, actully. =P I'm not going for that specifically because it doesn't seem that interesting to me, but to each his own. So...why the long face? D=

It's not that far. I'll probably be coming back for things like Christmas Break and Spring Break. And then there's summer vacation. But yeah, Sou Kawaii 4 is probably the last time I'll see you and the rest of the smash people for quite a while. D=

I have no concrete long-term plans. XD I don't really know what I want to get into, so I'm taking a first-year program that covers the general area of study I think I might be interested in, but leaves a lot of options open. I'm favouring the sciences over the arts (obviously =P) and I'm somewhat interested in technological studies, but I don't really know if it's for me yet.

Taxes don't scare me. B| I'm cheap, and I almost never spend money in the first place, so it won't hit me nearly as hard as it would affect some people. =D

I'm going to Simon Fraser University in BC. Not too far away, but BC seems like a pretty cool place, and my cousin goes there and enjoys it. It has some interesting programs too, and the residences are nice.

NO! It's Aqua's thing only. Eh... Idk what I will think if people start to copy me. -_- Plus Azua wouldn't ever do that for me at least, she doesn't even give me the time of day haha. I love being unique. Plus it's not that big of a hassle, it's acutually even easier then before, I saved the codes on a notepad and just always have it as my paste button, and I have the color code on there too so I just have to press paste instead of go to "go advanced" on my post every single time now. I really want to get Premium, I will when ever I can, just not sure if my parents will get it for me. =P

I've had more bad teachers than good ones. The teacher I had for Physics 20 was a joke; he didn't even really teach. He'd be gone more often than he'd be in the class, and very few people actually got good marks because he didn't help anybody. My English teacher would give people bad marks simply because she didn't like them. There's a long list of teachers that were either bad teachers or just made everything boring. I did have good teachers for Calculus, Biology, and Social, but that's about it. V.V

Yeah, I am. I'm not going to the U of A though, because honestly, I just want to away from this place. My family's moving in less than a year anyway, and the only thing holding me here is the handful of friends I have, and the people I've met a few times in the Smash community. I'd much prefer to go somewhere new than continue living here with a longer commute to school. I'm assuming you're going to U of A?

I don't ever remember seeing premade avatars at any forum. o.0 I just never explored the control panel enough to find them, I guess.

Now that that's settled, I feel the need to tell you that the blog you wrote ranting about the humanities is one of the most awesome things I've read in a long time. It reflected perfectly the experience I had with English. It's maddening going to something like Math and having to undergo a logical process to determine a fixed solution, only to wind up going to English and BSing an essay or having to guess what the people that created an ORT consider to be "the best answer". I could consistantly pull off at least 90s in every type of assignment in every course, but most of my ORTs would fall short of 80% because of the open-ended nature of the questions. >.< I am a little jealous though, simply because you said you had great teachers for the sciences. A lot of my teachers were boring, and my Math teacher was the most condescending person I've ever met. He talked down on everybody; when I first had classes with him, I felt like I was in elementary school again, because he treated everybody like little children. He even gave "suckers of success" out for the most arbitrary reasons, i.e. answering a simple math problem that typically required next to no thought. My Calculus teacher was cool enough to make of for it to a certain extent, but I still hate a strong distaste for mathematics because of how excrutiating his classes were. And I'll never look at suckers the same way again. =P
