From Kirby's Dreamland (Yes I'm doing it and Adventure despite the base game lacking proper reps cause why not) comes the infamous block pushing duo
Lololo and Lalala
"
Try and figure your way out of our combination!"
The dynamic box pushing duo from Kirby's Dreamland make their return! No one knows why they push boxes as a method of attack, but you sure don't want to be on the receiving end!
(Look it was either this, or the absolutely massive Whispy or Kracko, this was like my one option)
Overview:
The duo from Kirby's Dreamland are back in action, this time as playable characters! The two are inseparable, and was always together at all times. They're even working together to push blocks this time! (Gameplay wise, this means they're close enough to each other that they technically count as one character, despite appearances. On things such as The Friend Star or Friend Bridge, they're right next to each other (Or in the case of the Friend Bridge, hanging on to each other) and don't take up multiple slots. The two use blocks together, though this doesn't affect much other than visually.) The duo mostly attack with their various blocks and projectiles of sorts, but it seems they have in ally in Blocky assisting them!
Moveset:
Unique Mechanics/References: The two can float in the air, similar to their Kirby: Right Back at Ya! appearance. When KOed, the duo fall down and resemble their defeat sprites from Super Star Ultra. Their guard has them hide behind Blocky, who has turned to stone and is invincible in that state. It acts similarly to Ice or Adeleine's guards in that movement is not possible, but they cannot be damaged unless an attack specifically is meant to go through Guard.
Block Place: B (Places a Block down. The Duo will push this as they walk until it is either pushed away or despawned)
Block Move: B+ Left or Right (Allows them to push the block, similar to how they do so in their boss fights. Pushing Up or Down does nothing, and thus they cannot jump. If they walk off an edge before removing the block, they will be killed. Running into an enemy while in this state will damage them. Being hit while in this state will cause the block to despawn.)
Block Push: B during Block Move (Pushes the block and sends it flying in front of them. The block will automatically shatter upon hitting an enemy, dealing damage to them. It isn't affected by gravity, and will only stop upon hitting a wall.)
Block Removal: A during Block Move (Will despawn a block during Block Move, allowing for normal control.)
Flaming Block Place: Hold+B (Will spawn the special Red Blocks from Kirby's Blowout Blast, which leave a trail of fire in their wake. These blocks can give the Sizzle element, and also can burn down things only the Sizzle element can.)
Flaming Block Move: B+ Left or Right (Acts exactly the same as Block Move, however, this will leave a trail of fire directly behind wherever Lololo and Lalala just walked, which will damage any enemy who touches it.)
Flaming Block Push: B during Flaming Block Move (Acts exactly the same as Block Push, except it leaves a flaming trail of fire directly behind it, damaging enemies who touch it. If the block goes in midair, it will not leave a trail behind.
Flaming Block Removal: A during Flaming Block Move (Acts exactly the same as Block Removal)
Gordo Kick: B+Down (Summons a Gordo and kicks it forward. Acts exactly the same as Block Push, except the Gordo deals more damage whilst moving slower and for a shorter distance than the Blocks. Can also cut things like Tall Grass or Vines.)
Block Smack: B Near an Enemy (Lololo and Lalala summon a block, pick it up, and whack the enemy with it.)
Block Em Up Combo: B Repeatedly Near an Enemy (The Duo repeatedly smack the enemy with the block, before jumping up and slamming the block down on the ground, shattering the block and ending the combo.
Midair Block Push: B in Midair (Summons a block and pushes it directly forward, briefly stopping the duo in place whilst sending the block forward, acting like a block pushed by Block Push. Will shatter upon hitting a wall or enemy, if the latter, will damage them.)
Blocky Pound: B+Down in Midair (Summons Blocky, who will perform his Ground Pound esque attack from his midboss fight before slamming into the ground, damaging any enemy underneath him. Some rocks will also spray out to the side, creating a sort of ripple damage effect.
Dice Rush: Run+B (Dash Attack, in summary. Summons Blocky, who Lololo and Lalala will teeter on top of, similar to balancing on a beach ball (Okay, maybe a bad comparison) as Blocky rushes forward with his Dice Rush attack from his midboss fight. After rolling three times with the attack, Blocky will despawn and Lololo and Lalala will plop back on the ground.
(Blocky for Reference) (He's here because he's similar to the "Rocky" enemy from The Adventures of Eggerland, with Lololo and Lalala being based off the protagonists of those games. He also appeared as a hazard in their boss stage in Kirby Brawlball in Mass Attack.)
