You can go to the Smash Workshop and download Project SA, open up Lucario, read the tutorial on how to read it, and you can get frame data without hacking.

Its that "thinking outside of the box" that gets characters to evolve. Is trela/Lee/Azen were to open up and just unload all of thier secrects and ideas, lucario would be SO MUCH better. But you already know that so i wont preach to you.
But yea, you see that Trela does go all out offensive/flashy and it gets him beat. I tell him to relax and play it safe but he refuses to listen to me. Maybe it shis age or he doesnt realize ive bee through ALL of this and more in the melee days. Whatever the case may be, he has a gift and i REALLY want him to become a top lucario by RESULTS and not by flash. Well, you know what i mean.

Yeah the guy is kind of a nutjob, And he obviously thinks like some people i have seen on youtube's comments, but I hope he'll stop trolling after he runs out of Gas ;D.

Look, trela is literally my best friend of all time but the kid needs to learn that being flashy and doing USELESS stuff like B-reversal AS will get u puished. Hes very technical with lucario(even more than lee is, i play both of them) but it gets his *** punished BIG TIME.
He is only 15 and he has beaten some of our top 5 ranked players in texas. He has a gift(it is amazing the things he does at such a young age) but he needs to realize being flashy will get your *** beat. You must THINK and space with your character. Not go all out agressive and be lashy. Maybe its his age or maybe he thinks LOOKING good is better than winning. I dont know.
He speaks very highly of you though.
As for our matches, i just took advantage of his BASIC mistakes and his "flashy moves" and made him pay for it.

Well I don't think a smart ic's will even be in position for a dair. i am biased though, since i think Ic's are in god tier with mk and snake. I think its 55-45 probably. I can beat Hylian and stuff, but the only REALLY good ic's are lain and atomsk. i'd like to hear their opinion actually...
Eh i think its 55-45 ic's favor maybe worse. The ic shouldnt spam moves so luc will never be strong enough to do serious damage. That makes a LOT of time for a grab. A grab equals a death in my eyes.

We BOTH faced Hylian in bracket at Final Smash 6. RT beat him in Winners and I got him in Losers.
I'm not sure if Lucario beats IC's or vise versa, but I'm pretty sure it's around 50:50 or in our favor. Dunno yet :o

I don't actually keep a list of frame data. However, if you search in the Smash Workshop for Project Smash Attacks!, you can find a program where you can look in the lucario data which has exact frame timers for his attacks. Has a bit of a learning curve, hope this helps.

I saw Rayku this weekend--I played him in a couple of low tier matches, and he was super-excited about Ike.

Nah, I don't really play Lucario anymore. Mostly MK, a little bit of Wario/Dedede, and some Snake/G&W even less.
