Yeah but this argument is a little weird. Because Erdrick is technically just a title. Although, it is used to refer the the DQ3 MC most I believe. Also, I was mostly basing this off being promotional since it seems to be one of the topics I see the most.

That could easily be changed with a patch but I don't believe it personally either although I still think linking more newcomers is still a possibility. It just seems like a likely marketing tactic. Plus the way the roster looks is still funny to me (not characters but layout).
