IRC = Internet Relay Chat. It's basically just a bunch of chatrooms. If you'd like you could catch me on #smash on the synirc server. The quickest way to do this would be to use mibbit (http://www.mibbit.com/chat/#), select "SynIRC" from the dropdown menu, type in "#smash" for the channel, type in your nick, and then press "go".

Heh, I suppose it's because I was one of the first to make Pokesets that didn't just toss together all the attacks that Pokemon can learn. That, and RPT - Rool Pokemon Template - the organizational template that pretty much every Pokeset (and a lot of other sets) use nowadays.
I'm pretty much the only one who doesn't use it for Pokesets, funnily enough.
how about anyone entering the cloud has their second jump restored?
Ah, of course. I can't believe I forgot they use the same % meter.
Perhaps the healing could be over time, so you'd have to stay in the cloud to get the full healing
the set in the middle is always the hardest to impress with, so there should be no surprise that Quilava feels unloved. It's true that Quilava's specials are the least special of the three pokemon, though I also find that his regular attacks ae the most in-tune with the way he should move and act. Actually, I don't think there is a weakest set here.
Something I picked up on when re-reading the set;
For Chikorita's Aromatherapy, I think it should leave a cloud that lingers for a few seconds. So that you can switch out to another pokemon and have them get healed too. Conversly, this could also allow the opponent to also reap the benefits from it.
