Sucker Punch does damage, and is an increased priority move. If the target also uses an increased priority move during the same round that the user uses Sucker Punch, the attack order of the users will be determined normally. If the user is put to sleep or frozen during the round that Sucker Punch is (or attempts to be) used, Sucker Punch's increased speed priority will not be reset. Subsequently, it will only be reset on the turn after the user wakes up or is defrosted, or if the user switches out.
If the target uses a non-damaging move or happens to act before the user, Sucker Punch will fail.

This thread title definitely confirms that I'm a Zelda main.

I played Black/White in japanese and the effects and graphics were very good.

...I just wish I knew what the **** was happening. I mean, really...I would beat people or talk to random people and they would give me something...and I wouldn't know what it was.

I ended up going through my bag and looking at the little pictures to tell me what I had and went "WTF" to most of them because I didn't remember receiving them xD.

and OMG the music is so good. I usually play pokemon on mute because I hate most of the songs/sounds but, Black and White music is so good.

I'm hoping to get a 3DS for myself, and buy a cheap Lite or phat for my nephew. But he refuses anything that isn't the 'shiniest.'
Would go with just keeping my Lite, but I can't see the top screen unless I hold it forcibly up.

As for the 3DS.... considering my DS Lite's left shoulder button is long gone and the right one is only 75% responsive . . . it could be time for a change.

IIRC, there's an in-game trade that lets you get Erufuun's pre-vo in White, and vice-versa for Doredia's(my avi) in Black.

[collapse=/DSrant]My Lite's so effed up it isn't funny anymore. Shoulder buttons are unresponsive to the point where I have to open them to get them to work. Left(right from the DS's p.o.v.) speaker doesn't work. Sound randomly doesn't work, literally have slept in since I used to rely on it as an alarm. Most of my games freeze when playing, even if I do nothing. When that happens, the internal time freezes/gets messed up, so I constantly have to reset it. Lastly, the top screen's right(left p.o.v.) hinge is cracked open, so not only does the thing not hold itself up, the top screen is blurry/has a red tint/completely whites out 99% of the time, save for when I hold it in a specific position with sufficient force, I.E., only when I pause/have to see something and not while playing anything besides Pokemon. This is my 2nd black Lite, first one got stolen along with my phone, backpack, clothes I was wearing before going out a while to the gym, etc., since my friend thought my stuff would be fine if he left the door closed/borrowed the lock. I didn't bother buying a DSi due to money johns knowing they'd just come out with a new one soon enough, and my Lite was still working fine when it just came out. Now I regret it since my nephew pretty much abused the hell out of my Lite, and wants me to buy a 3DS so we can share...at least, he says he'll let me play it. At this point I'm thinking of holding out on playing B/W, at least I can see/hear what is going on(played New Super Mario Bros/beat the first world with no top screen, wasn't as fun as I thought it'd be. Original DS Lite came out a month after that, btw), but I hate waiting so meh. /rant[/collapse]

I did have a problem with AT's batt's system though: perfect guarding. I mean it definitely made even defending an active situation . . . but if you got good enough at it, you almost never took any damage from anything ever.

That's not only the guarding system though, the game's too easy overall. Thankfully the fighting was still rather active, so it didn't get too boring even though you couldn't really lose to most of the enemies.
