You shouldn't be too worried about venue size unless things get really big.

There's a large main room that could hold a lot of setups
A small balcony for an outside setup
A big bedroom that can hold a lot more setups.
And still have plenty of breathing room for everyone.

Some furniture and other things will be moved to another apartment for more space.
