I can't disagree with this new placing, being compared to the likes of ZSS, Pit, and DK is fitting for Lucario.

Is dropping on the tier list THAT big of a deal? It's just a few opinions, sheesh >.>

I mean how good does it feel if you beat someone good or someone higher on the tier list with a low tier character? Actually beating someone higher on the tier list makes you feel like you've stepped up to a challenge and overcome it. I mean the tier list isn't going to affect anyone's playing abilities. So who cares?

It's not the list itself, it's the stigma that comes from it.

No, it doesn't matter. It's just interesting.

I love the "Renaissance" that's going on with the lucario boards, and this happened on the day I got my Wii back! (it must be a sign, lol).

I usually play in either 1st at my house, or 2nd\3rd at my freind's house. I don't know what to pick in a tourney though :urg:

1st port = a bit of priority...

Or that is what I was lead to believe anyways... >_>

Dunno about the other ports...

So I was pondering about Double Team and how I hate the move, but I may have thought one use for it. When Pit's or other characters with a reflector are recovering I've noticed they like to jump up and throw out their reflector after they've grabbed the ledge; just to be sure not to get hit with AS when getting up. So what if the Lucario (knowing a reflector is coming) throws it anyways then DTs right after. 1 of 2 things with happen, they'll either throw out the reflector then probably get hit with DT or they'll eat this AS itself. Now sure they could air dodge but if it's someone like Peach with a horrid air dodge then that's not a good option for them, or if they just make the choice of throwing out the reflector just because its a better option.

Just some thought theory.

Not gonna work in most cases. There is too much lag after AS to bring out the counter. And you'd be better off shielding anyway, since you're probably not gonna be landing a hit with it. Good idea though, might want to test it out to be sure.

Hey people. I'm a ROB main, but Luc is my secondary. I've spent all my time on the ROB boards gettin g infracted, so I thought I should come here for a change. Since I'm new to these boards, I'm not gonna know all the acronyms, so I might sound n00bish at times. So anyways, hey thar!

Hi there!

*gives you a chocolate bar* Enjoy your stay!

Some things I can think of offhand...
AS = aurasphere
FP = forcepaw (forcepalm, but i prefer forcepaw, lol)
FPG = forcepaw grab
MK = gay
auraburgers = the stuff awesome is made of
OOS = out of shield... a big concern for Luc players, as our OOS options are limited

U forgot:
ES = Extreme Speed!
BAS = Baby Aura Sphere (although not used very often, still good to know)
DT = innacurate and stupid counter move Sakurai forgot to give attack lag to to make it decent
But more importantly, you forgot...

Lucario boards are pretty friendly, and if ppl ever get mean, someone will usually tell them to chill the :lucario: out.

Also, I'm so happy now that I have my custom Lucario costume.

Lucaripup TK, GO!

I"m going to try and go to a tournament in Chicago on the 27th, I need to see if I can change hours with an employee before I can say for sure.

My Link has been failing a lot recently, but my Lucario has been doing great.

I'll be going as Luc/Link/any of my five secondaries.
