a rotor is nothing but a moving part of machinery in the actual motor (engine). Wings (airfoils) are attached to the rotor in order to allow it to fly.

so where do you think Luc is gonna end up on the upcoming tier list?

I'm honestly expecting a pretty large drop. #14-#16. He's just one of those characters that are really difficult to deal with when you don't know the character inside and out, which is why I think he was considered as good as he was early on. People finally caught on that all of his "safe moves" aren't actually safe, and people wisening up to fsmash and knowing to never land in Luc's fsmash zone makes it really hard to net kills.

Even with the aura boost, it's still hard to grab kills at reasonable percents, and when you're low % it's just impossible to kill anything. I think another big issue is as Brawl progressed, people realized how good their character's oos punish game was, whereas Luc's is still very poor and limited to pretty much just dair or nair oos which, is very hard to land as is when bringing it out of shield.

I dunno, just my opinion on it.

Definitely no more than three, no less than one. Point is, he's dropping, but I don't think too significantly.

Why lucario didn't drop earlier has already been answered. But yes, He will drop a bit.

And I dunno what this miracle plan is. If it involves sending money to those once actives to post again, I'm expecting a check anytime soon. If not, good luck.
