I'd just like to say that this news about VC is ****ing stupid. Why? WHY ****IT!? There's no logical explaination to why you would lock virtual console down by region... It's...... ****it... I was looking forward to playing games I had never seen or heard of, but I guess that's out the window.

This is incorrect its actually 500 points for NES games 800 points or SNES games, and 1000 points for N64 games. You might want to fix this bit of info.
There were girly hairstyles, so I think it would be possible to create a girl... but it might be an ugly one 
Though I agree the real one needs to have more options, I couldnt create one that really looks like me at all, but Its got me showin off my Gamer face o_o

I just got off the phone with my distributor contact and spoke to them about game console Pre-Orders. Of course I inquired about the Playstation 3 however it appears that the November 17 date is no longer fixed.
According to the representative, due to the overheating and technical problems they had earlier this week (which had seen a drop in stocks), Sony may have to delay the Playstation 3 console itself in North America. Sony on the other hand denied that there are any problems with the Playstation 3. We’ll find out soon enough as this would be a huge blow to Sony if they had to delay as Nintendo would have a huge headstart in the console wars.
one other thing. since the wii can go online will i be able to play runescape? that java based game.

My god, PS3 delay?? I've always supported all consoles. Microsoft, Nintendo, and even Sony. But I really think that the PS3 is gonna crash and burn. Ridiculously high price and delays.
*EDIT* Oh, and about the gender issue in the online Mii Creator; i'm sure this is far from the real Mii Creator. I'm almost positive there will be more stuff and gender choice in the full version.

I wish I knew how to post Mii. I couldn't come up with anything close enough to myself. I'm with you PA, there need to be curly hair pieces, although if they come up with anything close to mine, I'll be genuinely surprised. I still would rather have Link's tunic with the Smash logo as a shoulder patch or tatooed somewhere, but I must admit after messing around with it a bit, I got like it a little more.
Man, with that many Wiis in production, it makes me not as anxious about pre-ordering, but I probably will anyway, just to be on the safe side. And if Sony doesn't completely flop this fiscal year, they'll at least start off with a nose dive. The big advantage they had was their extensive library, and that part of the playing field is definitely more level now...
Btw, I accidentally came up with Wierd Al Yankovich while messing around with the Mii maker. XD I might post that just for the heck of it, if I find out how to post the image.

Hit Print Screen to take a screenshot, then CTRL+V it into Paint. You can either save it, or you can cut just what you want and paste it onto another blank paint document and save that instead. Then host it on imageshack or photobucket, or whatever.I wish I knew how to post Mii.

I tried to make My Mii and failed, it looks nothin like me, I mean the darkest color is brwon and I dont have brown hair, and why are there no hats?!

Thanks for that PA, and you're right, they need curly hair pieces aside from just the spiky ones. We're not anime characters. Although I highly doubt they'll have anything comparable to my hair in the final version. This is as close as I could come...
When all the Nin big wigs were playing Wii tennis at E3 and their Mii avatars looked just like themselves, that was obviously from a more sophistocated program, as the final one will probably be, but it's really unlikely the final online Mii maker will be up to that standard. I actually think it's somewhat boring to make an avatar that looks just like me. I'd still much rather have Link's tunic with the Smash logo somewhere on the chest or shoulders and the Hylian crest on the back... :`(
