but yo seriously, the sbr-b is like really hard to get into. lol. ive gotten to the point where i really dont care anymore. it would be nice, but im not worried about it.

People get modded if I think they're fit for it. Sometimes I'm wrong, most of the time I am not. Staff nominates people and gives post examples and whatnot, but I -do- tell them no sometimes.
Having Discussion Leaders helps.

As for the staff, any one of them can tell you I'm an "equal opportunity *******". If a couple people are doing something stupid, everyone gets to hear about it.

I say that everyone here has a different calling. Intelligent and resourceful members should not always become a mod or a B-Roomer. The Discussion Leaders usergroup actually narrows it down. Not everyone can have a position in authority, because some people lack those leadership skills, like me for instance. It is hard for me to give orders, because I am afraid that one would assume a strict tone from me. I am soft like that.

I just have a habit of giving people the wrong idea.
