It's because USA has many more A-class players. We only have Armada and maybe Amsah and Ice. Not to say that there aren't players in Europe who absolutely ****, but USA is just better.

Sadly this is the worst person on their crew, as he has only been playing for half a lightyear and is mentally handicapped. He looks solid still. It was the only footage available due to the size restrictions on my alienware thumb drive.

Well if you take into account certain things... I wonder about that. Aliens probably has things that we can't even begin to conceive. Society made us pretty limited potentially as humans so... What can we actually do to defeat them if we can't understand what's coming at us?

I would argue that it's just as likely that we have things that the aliens can't even begin to conceive. I also vehemently disagree with the notion that society has limited us as human beings, because humans are social creatures who grow and learn and increase their potential through social interaction. Why else do you think that innovation is most prevalent in advanced societies? The Melee metagame wouldn't be anywhere near as advanced if people only played by themselves and didn't play together.
EDIT: Besides, I was joking earlier.

I know but it was just for the sake of having something interesting to talk about. And you want to know why society limits us? It's because it's dumbfounding, it basically forces you to follow the trend, Eat, work, sleep.. repeat. And then there's the media, TV.. making you believe whatever they want you to believe. You have absolutely no idea what happens in the background... I mean no one does. All the commercials are always suggesting something you have to do to follow a trend. With all that, there's a lot of things limiting you. It makes you stop thinking about what you should be doing instead to grow as a person. The society way makes you think about the end goal being having a family and a house, sure it's fun and all but maybe it's not all that is. (For some it is and that's perfectly fine) To me, there's more to it than all that.

The aliens probably have efficient intergalactic travel so the time it took to get there shouldn't really be an issue. Maybe they'd be upset about lost gas money.
