I used to be able to get the height on my jump to do it, but i had issues palming the ball, so i rarely could do it.

u don't have to palm the ball to dunk. but u need more vert to make up for it.

i remember before a dunk contest, they were in the locker room and saw that steve francis couldn't palm it.

but he had like a 46 inch vert....

I may do some plyometrics this spring, I can get rim, i just need a lil more

Silva's UFC record: 9-0-0
Silva's Pride record: 3-0-2
Fedor's Pride record: 14-1-0

From this, one should infer that Pride has BETTER fighters than the UFC. Silva barely broke even in Pride, yet utterly ***** in UFC.

Why would Fedor fight in an organization with lesser fighters when he's already defeated several better fighters? That's like Rafael Nadal winning the French Open and then going to your high school to own your undefeated varsity singles player.
