The W Tier is only for the laughs, if you are one of those people who haven't picked up on it already. It's more of my personal ideals for a tier list concerning legendary Pokemon. I posted it to show that while I do have favorites, most of the legendaries have qualities which I find cool / awesome.

Technically no, because Ho-Oh does fine in Ubers even with the presence of Lame Rocks.

But Articuno just has poor typing, I guess.

I can't decide what legendary is my favorite. :\ I absolutely love Giratina-O and Shaymin-S, but I hate the designs for their normal forms. And past that it'd probably be Ho-Oh or Groudon, but I can't decide.

Although if Wobbuffet, Wynaut, Dunsparce, or Smeargle were on that list (just one, not all four), I'd have to admit I'd vote for one of them. Too bad they're not.

EDIT: Also, Ho-Oh's ability to function in Ubers is actually partially because Forretress is kinda better in Ubers than he is in OU, as it's not too hard for him find an opportunity to spin away Rocks; and even do **** tons more than that if he so wishes. Don't ask how it works, but it seems to be the case.
