I usually change it up every time, but one of my favorites is:

Bread: Italian herbs & cheese
Meat: Tuna (srsly)
Cheese: Cheddar
Ask for bacon
Toast it
Lettuce, banana pepper, a bit of jalapeno, spinach, pickles
Mayo & mustard

Tasty.

Toasted, (Yummmm... =O) With (I Revolve Through Them In This Pattern) American, Swiss, Provolone, Mozzarella.
With Extra Mayo (ALOT), Salt, Pepper, Oil Vinegar! =D
