Wario momentum glitch is gone, and the ledge rocket trick for Villager now deals normal damage instead of KOing people at around 40%.

So it turns out Luma's ability to attack while Rosalina is being grabbed has not been removed at all, or even changed. Works just the same as before.

I could be wrong, but last patch didn't using PK fire out of a double jump keep a lot of your upward momentum? This patch makes it work like Brawl again.

It looks like the only change to TL was his BLC being removed. He still can't even L bomb drop without the hookshot coming out, unlike the Wii U version. His utilt also does 6% in the Wii U version, but still does only 5% on the 1.0.4 update for the 3DS, and his jab does 9% on 1.0.4 but 10% on the Wii U. This is a sad day for TL mains.

@icraq believes she might have had some damage and knockback reductions on one or two attacks, but is unsure. I still have 1.0.3, so I will be testing that kind of thing.

My brother will surely download 1.0.4 before I get home, so I may refrain from getting it myself and instead compare stuff for the Rosalina boards.

Can someone confirm or deny if TL's bair and dair have had their landing lag decreased? I highly doubt it's true, but I've heard it enough times that I think it's worth looking into if anyone has both versions to check with.

Rage and Move Staling don't show up in Training Mode. Training uses base knockback at all times.

Seems like Mac's jab deals less damage, and many of Shulk's moves deal slightly more damage now. Can anyone confirm?

I could just be going crazy but Pac-Man seems all-around faster, and his U-air seems to lift him up a bit now. Can anyone confirm?
EDIT: His grab seems a tad faster too.

I really hate that Ninty doesn't release patch notes. There is no real reason not to.

jab does ~2% more damage
usmash does ~1% more
dsmash does ~1% more
dtilt does about 1% more
ftilt does about 1% more
fsmash does about 1% more
uair does like 2 to 3% more

Since nobody seems to have posted about Ike Yet.

Several Changes to Ike.

Movement Speed Increased.
Jump Distance Increased.
F-Air significantly faster.
N-Air Notably Faster.
D-tilt and F-tilt reduced after attack delay.

Okay 3DSes set up, can test this.
No, neither his dair or bair has changed in recovery time.

Can someone test Leaf Shield startup times for Megaman?
Edit: I'm not sure if his u-air was actually changed, can someone test this? His pellets are the same range and nair sweetspot does 4% and jab sweetspot does 3%, can someone test if this was actually changed as well?

EDIT: His grab seems a tad faster too.
Looks like that's a placebo, everything is unchanged as far as I can see. His uair lifted him slightly originally too.

So ok here tried the new patch of course got to use my main first,
Olimar white pikmin throw can now deal 40%! YES 40%! to anyone at 0%
at 1.0.3 it only deals 20%. I'm so happy really
