Saying that trans rights are not human rights is literally anti-trans.

Let me reiterate because you seemed to have missed a few posts.

You clearly missed a bunch of the stuff I said afterwards. And beforewards too. I said that trans people are human and deserve the normal rights the rest of the worlds does. It was the concept that trans people should receive additional benefits beyond normal that is opinion, which I falsely connected to being trans rights.

Still, while I believe that trans rights are human rights, when did I say that trans people did not deserve human rights? That is completely fabricated, regardless of whether I called trans rights an opinion or not.

I hate to break it to you but yes... that does mean they’re delusional. Trans people aren’t some fantasy creature they’re real people regardless what anybody thinks and to think otherwise is absolutely disgusting.

See, this is an issue I have.

There are plenty of people who don’t think transgender is a thing. I am not one of those people, but there are. There are folks who believe there are only two genders. Are they terrible people because they don’t know any better?

If they say “there are two genders”, it’s an opportunity to educate.

If they say, “Bruh, transgender makes you a freak and you’re mentally ill”...well, that makes it more disgusting, yes, but that still doesn’t mean they can’t learn to think differently.

We shouldn’t be generalizing folks simply based on ignorance. If we did that, a good number of students I teach would be “disgusting”, and that’s not fair to them when they’re still clearly learning, or don’t know enough.

That's why I wanted to major in Anthropology at first. Humans are weird and culture is weirder and it's fun to study it. If only they ****ing paid good money for it otherwise I'm over here in nuclear science gang.

The one I made before was focused on Omega-Xis/War-Rock for some attacks, while still remaining Mega Man-y. So using his Battle Cards for some Specials, and the Buster works similar to Classic/MMX/MMBN, since I think auto-charging might be a bit busted in a fighting game of any kind.

Ever play a game, put it down, then come back to it years later?

That’s what I did today with Monster World IV, a phenomenal game that I was invested in a while ago but put down. Today I decided to play it and realized just how good of a game it is!

Only way to play it officially is through some Sega collection of Monster World Games on PS3 and Xbox 360 (One compatible). It was also on the Wii, but as the Shop channel is gone, so is the game.

Maybe I should join a support thread for Asha, the player character, in Smash...

There's a reason politics is one if the main things that we labeled as inappropriate for the thread. It's best to just NOT get into it. Even if you think something is hate speech you should report it instead of fanning the flames.

We've tried to make that clear over and over so if infractions were given out I'm sure they were warranted.

With all due respect, tha majority of you should know better. It's a topic we don't take lightly for multiple reasons. There's a Block Button and a Report Button for a reason.

I aint gonna lie. The mods here need to actually step up and take action when **** happens in here rather then let things happen. You can disagree w/ her opinions, but there's no reason to throw shade at her when she's just stating her beliefs and doing her job as an admin.

I appreciate the few of you leaping to my defense, really, but don't worry about it. My skin may be silky-soft, but it is thick from a pretty diverse past. I don't care if people can't take my word on how I feel about the world and its issues. I have a fiance that knows my heart and I have friends that know my heart and beliefs. That is good enough for me. If people want to try and give me grief for wanting to get out of a conversation that I believe is going nowhere and therefore want no more part in, then so be it.

This is also partly why I dissuade this kind of conversation here in the first place.

People have the free will to post whatever they believe, but they'll get infracted for if it actually violates rules of the site and thread. Saying you don't believe in trans people or you do, however ludicrous it may be to you, isn't exactly illegal on the grounds that it's a wrongthink for a different opinion/mindset. It's more "don't do politics in here cringe normie" or something. If it upsets you to your very core, the ignore option exists. I've been hit with it several times and I'm not bothered if that's what they choose to do.

I have been replaying MMX games in order of crappy to good. Just finished X6 and X7 so everything should go better now.

I don't know how it's seen elsewhere considering some black people have replied to those posts without seeing much of a problem, but comparing black people chocolate is making me really uncomfy due to the history it has in Brazil, so I just want to make sure it doesn't have the same connotations elsewhere.

So apparently my wife was followed by a kitten today and came to our house so my wife let him inside (I thought she had taken it home but I misunderstood). I love cats but we have no way or means to keep a cat. Plus, with a one year old as well, it’s asking for trouble. And no one else wants a cat either. While there are places that will take in stray cats and dogs and try to rehome them in Japan, there aren’t any in other rinkydink town. We already had a cat who was pretty rambunctious and aggressive which we rehomed to a friend who had since moved back to america. Again, it was a stray.

So, despite being a cat and animal lover, I’m conflicted by the fact that in 30 minutes, I will be taking this stray cat back to the park where it will most certainly starve.

Am I a bad person?
