All I see here is people being disinterested on him and wanting someone else, I haven't seem anyone straight out hating them yet. Maybe YouTube has some Erdrick haters, but remember that YouTube hates everything.

Not as of about 19 hours ago. Their contract w/ Cygames expired and it wasn't renewed.

They supposedly finished their part in developing the game.

And now it's just Cygames polishing the game.

But that's the thing, supposedly Platinum did the battle system and then handed it back to Cygames.

This straight up says otherwise with them being purged from the website.


At this point, expect the worst case scenario I feel.

If it wasn't for leaks there'd probably be no hate as people wouldn't be anticipating them.

There are plenty of people who didn't want prior to Verge leaking him. Myself included. You can't say a character would receive no hate just because they weren't leaked (hint hint:)

Honestly I'm pretty sure there was a scrapped January Direct. My thought is that Prime 4 was likely supposed to headline it before they saw it was apparently a dumpster fire, so they've just been slowly releasing what would have been in it.
