Seems like the damage isn't as bad as it could be. It's tragic that we lost even one of the stained glass windows, but at the least the rest are ok.

Being under renovation helped on this case, as most relics were stored in the sacristy.
I read they saved The Crown of Thorns and a Tunic, but I need to check more.

The major loss is the oak tree wood from the 12th and 13th century that burned down completely.

I'd say count them to be safe, there are some differences and changes between them and the originals that may make some prefer the latter over the former.

-The stone vault saved the rest of the building
-No structual damages that could compromise the rest of the Cathedral
