False. Here's what the leak actually says:

I wasn't sure where to post this but apparently a new leak popped up again on 5chan and people there are jumping on it. Nothing to take it as serious but people are dying for information so that's all the reason it's just got big.
The leaker made several posts which I'm too lazy to translate all so I just summarize the DLC part.

Dragon Quest hero is definitely happening but the leaker thinks he's not part of the season pass.
He heard Minecraft but not Steve's name.
No one knows details about the DLC. However some informations suggest certain characters.
DQ hero has concrete evidences but the others are nowhere near as him. The leaker himself said they are not believable enough so just take them as mere rumors.
8 different informations imply a Tales character. Some are straight up saying it's Velvet. Lloyd and Yuri are probably Mii costumes.
4 different sources are saying Nakoruru from SNK and a rep from Resident Evil.

It doesn't say that these characters are going to be in, just that our leaker heard about these characters from their sources.
It matches up with what we've heard from our leakers over here, so I could see it happening.

Nakoruru seems like an odd pick, until you see this snippet from the SNK wiki:

I say go for Palla, I still think they're gonna toss some Year 1 Seasonals to the Grail Shop.

On the other hand I've seen some lit Spring Chrom builds despite his Gen 1 stats.

In the end is more about how much you hate Surtr I guess.

Well, I do hate Surtr...
But yeah, definitely going for Palla. The fact that Spring Chrom is also the least potent of the bunch definitely helps. Plus I mean, I have two alternate Chroms, but no alternate Pallas, and that just won't do. I mean she's one of my favorites, even if she isn't Chrom.

Scorp and Sub weren't ever the main heroes though, they've just got that Wolverine publicity. The main hero role jumps around from game to game, right now it's being shared between Cassie and Johnny Cage.
