Ultimately, how much I like the song will depend on how it is used within the game. If it's just instrumental most of the time and then the vocals kick in during the final map or credits, I'll come around but if some blue-haired girl is constantly singing it, I probably won't be a fan.

God, sometimes it felt like "Lost in Thoughts all Alone" was the only song Azura knew.

By the way I like both versions for separate reasons, and listen to both (Though Studio Yuraki does a better job compromising between a literal translation and one with liberties taken).

evoke a similar sense to me. I'm not going to go into the grammar of the sentences because I could surely do that, but I'm not going to exert that much effort.

Maybe listening to it more will help, but I still dislike the lyrics. Lyrics like:

They just don't sound good to me. It's like a worse version of Lifelight for a game that didn't even need an opening song.

Reminds me of a line from Guilty Gear Xrd's theme:

Pretty much this, except it's completely English so it doesn't really get an excuse. And that doesn't change the fact that they're using EDM and Pop for the opening to a medieval strategy RPG. It's tonally jarring. At the very least Lost in Thoughts fit in that regard.

Can we all just agree that Heritors of Arcadia is a great song?

I'll take this over Three House's main theme and Lost in Thoughts any day of the week.

Is it bad that I kind of unironically like FistBump? Like, yeah it's cheesy and the lyrics are a mess but it really conveys the sense of friendship and teamwork that Forces was going for.

The boss is bassically an insane reincarnation of the devil that is addicted to music, so for his boss battle, he sings. All of this makes more sense with even more context.

Nintendo considering ways to get Fire Emblem Heroes players interested/aware of Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

Intelligent Systems is using a popular game of their's (Fire Emblem Heroes) to promote an upcoming game of their's (Fire Emblem Three Houses). We'll probably see a cross promotion of some sort, like if you buy the game you get some orbs or a free five star hero or something like that. It has no bearing on Nintendo as a whole. It certainly could, but it's not like Nintendo is really involved in this specifically.

I'm sure the 2 overlap, but there are differences in the playerbases.

I listened to the Three Houses theme. It's really great! Of course, it dabbles in a genre that arguably doesn't really suit Fire Emblem. But it's a good song, so I can't complain.
