Same goes for Olimar. Was one of my mains in Brawl, but Smash 4 ruined him for me

A lot of his moves are more laggy overall, and some had its range reduced, as well as kill power reduced.

But Villager isnt bad in Ult

He's not bad, he's just noticably worse, and just isn't as fun to play overall.

I guess comparing him to Ryu was a bit extreme...

Maybe it's just me then. Maybe I'm just biased torwards prefering Isabelle (who's even worse, so idk how), or maybe it's because I haven't played Villy in a while.

Just incase if this is not a joke, Erdrick is not really confirmed for Smash. For all we know, we could get no Square representatives.

Patterns are not evidence of anything(never mind those are series Namco-Bandai owns, not just helps with. They aren't the ones deciding the characters, Nintendo(and probably Sakurai, apparently) are. Erdrick is nowhere near confirmed and most of the rumors are simply based upon a theory that Brave could be Erdrick. We have practically zero good evidence, just reasonable theories at this point.

Don't be remotely surprised if we get no more Square-Enix content beyond a Geno costume at most. Maybe a return of the Chocobo Hat too. We're nowhere near confirmed that we could get a SE playable character. It could happen.
