So yeah I just did those right now and all fresh. White ties with purple and yellow, and those three are all the worst having a total of 10.

But at higher percents you can pummel a bit more which means that at when your opponent is at higher percents you can pummel a bit more to surpass yellow and purple output and eventually blue.

So white pummel to dsmash is just as good if not better than yellow and purple. Damage wise anyway.

Thanks for your concern Jane, but I'm probably already aware of these videos

I spoke to him about how many of his videos to put in this thread and he said to just keep it moderate, so I decided to choose ten good sets (especially against characters that aren't elsewhere in the thread) and upload one video from each of them. I figured people could find the other on their own if they'd like, and this way there's a variety to choose from.

As for those specifically:
A) I decided that there were enough Falco videos from other players and that that space could be used for a less represented matchup

B) A video from that Reflex set is already in the archive

A) you should put up that falco game anyways! falco is one of our tougher matchups... "space that COULD be used"? just use it mane! i could understand for an easier matchup, but this is falco, and logic playing that falco no less...

You missed the part where Logic asked me to keep the list short

Whether they are in the archive or the OP, I chose each of those videos because either it represented a matchup that was missing (Luigi, for instance) or it showed a matchup played incredibly well (in Logic style, of course). To the best of my knowledge, the videos listed are the best and most useful Logic videos there are.

And I agree that Falco game is great, but there are several other great Falco games from other players as well ^_^

At first I underestimated you but you're actually a good Brawl player who could use just a little bit of Oli technique fine tuning. So far I've only watched the Marth videos but I like what I've seen

I'm not a Pikachu expert and I only have time right now to watch the first video, but already I can give him some big picture things to focus on:

1) Roll a LOT less. In the first 16 seconds, I counted 7 rolls. SEVEN rolls. Olimar should rarely roll in the first place, and doing it this much really hurts a matchup. Instead, he should

2) Pivot grab more. Or just grab period. The most astounding thing about that video is that I didn't see him pivot grab a single time. Nearly every roll should be replaced by a pivot grab. Olimar's grab game is part of what makes the character not terrible, so it's essential to abuse it.

3) Don't lose all his pikmin. Several times I'd see him get down to two or three pikmin and then still try to fight with you; at one point he threw them all off in an attempt to edgeguard you (which was poorly spaced, but that's a less important issue). He should constantly be plucking pikmin because having to take the time to pick five leaves Oli wide open whereas picking one or two here and there allows him to keep moving.

4) Learn to tech out of Pikachu's Dsmash. He's got the SDI part down, but because he wasn't teching his landing it still left too much time for you to follow up.

That's all I got. There are some Pikachu sets in the Archive that he could watch, the most recent being from February. The archive is titled "Past Voyages," and I just moved it to the first post as opposed to having it in the third post.

He needs to learn simple character movement. Like his pikmin toss.... don't hold forward, you want to tap side B and then hit the opposite direction. I couldn't stand watching more than 15 seconds... sorry ._.

Yea...he doesn't have a very good understanding of how to play Olimar correctly

You should direct your friend the the guide we have here called "Deflowered;" it's a bit outdated but a lot of the information in there is still useful and relevant to gameplay today.
