How many setups do you have total and when do you have to be out of the venue on each day? You may be able to run pools of both games on Sat and do the brackets on Sun, which in my experience is a lot less stressful for all involved - you max out what you can get finished the first day and the second day you just have to run a couple 32-man brackets which take like 3 hours each. The only downside is that people have to be there for both days for both games.

I'm most likely coming to this. Not 100% confirmed yet, but I have a feeling that one way or another, I'll be here along with others from AZ

I think you can normally get refunded if you cancel like a few days b4 the tourney.

but there was some clause about venue and cancelling the day of or after.

If I pre-reg now and find out later that I can't make it, how will I be refunded?
IF YOU pay via PAYPAL - Please send it as a "GIFT" to save us on Transaction charges.
PLEASE READ THE G4G PAGE CAREFULLY WHEN REGISTERING to make sure you get set up for the correct games.
TEAM REGISTRATION - Please both players register and pay independent of each other, but talk first to make sure you register on the same team.
Refunds: In the case of a refund, 1/3 of the Venue Fee (or $5 which ever is more), is Non-Refundable to cover PayPal and Admin costs.

full info at: http://allisbrawl.com/ttournament.aspx?id=8595

or just ask me! =)

Pre-Reg is extended until May 1st.

I just posted on AIB that I have some sponsorship things attached to Pre-Reg, so I need EVERYONE to Pre-Reg.
So the more Pre-Regs I get through the G4G site the more likely I am to ge some sponsors on board for TP5. If they dont come through for TP5 though, then I have them locked for TP6 I am pretty sure, but its all 100% linked to Pre-Registrations at this point.

Melee and Brawl on Same Day - Not enough room. Too many people entering both games. Enough people who can/do not like to switch between games in the same couple hour time period.
I also have sponsors coming for specific games in some cases (though in 100% honesty Brawl and Melee are not really involved in this part...yet), so focus on specific games on specific days is how I need to have it set up.
I can look in the future of going back to the GC and TP2 style which is both both days, but for TP5, I can not do it, until Brawl ends, I can not start Melee.

Triple Post

REFUNDS - For processing we need to keep about $5 of the venue fee, because with PayPal and Credit Cards there are costs to using those on my side of things.
I will be able to "refund" up to May 5th.
It will prob take me a day or two to process it as I have to go through G4G to do it.

PAYPAL and CREDIT CARDS are accepted for Pre-reg. If you dont have PayPal, they use a credit/debit card? Dont have one of those? Put on your big boy pants?? I dont know what to tell you. Hand cash to a friend and use theirs? Hand cash t parents and use theirs?
Brother? Sister? BF or GF (oh wait if you dont have a paypal or cc then you prob dont have a GF/BF either...my bad)
LOL

Bonus Prize Pool:
The tournament that gets the most Pre-Reg's (Brawl, Melee, Halo3, MW2, SF4, TvC) will get a $100 Bonus Prize added to its prize pool. If any game breaks 100 Pre-Regs, we will ALSO add $50 to that games prize pool. These will need to be 100% paid for Pre-Reg's and cancellations will be taken out of the totals as well. But that is FREE MONEY added into prize pools for getting Pre-Registrations done.

GC Guy:

Can I pre-register, and find a teammate later? I don't really have a set teammate yet. If I do this, should I pre-pay for 2v2 or should I just do that at the door?

Ok GC Chris, I pre-registered for Venue Fee and Melee 1v1 but I was counting on using the Credit Card option, which is disabled.

So I selected Paypal... BUT... It will take some 3-5 days to transfer funds to my Paypal account. -_-;

Please gimme a break and don't forfeit my spot in the tournament while the funds are being transferred, ok?
