Or the girl is just a *****? Sometimes, that's all there is to some girls. xD
Some *****es are cool though. Then again, the word "*****" to me, is just what I call my friends, sort of a term of endearment. But girls who pull that definitely aren't cool. That's low.

"Hey *****" is how I answer my phone half the time.

I'm just popping back in to say I have to be humble and take some of the blame though. I could have controlled myself better or just stick with my plan to not trust anyone so easily.

But I still think I was taken for a fool regardless of what I did, in actuality or how they percieve my actions. And it was low. I feel bad.

Back to sleep.

I wouldn't say I have a foul mouth, but I won't hesitate to use a "naughty word" if I feel the need to.

The words people use are also the product of the environment they grew up in. Having a foul mouth doesn't make someone a lesser person.
Definitely this.

I don't mind the use of foul language because I find myself using it a lot when I am hanging out with close friends. However in other social situations, swearing is definitely not a part of my vocabulary.

However, I can understand your point Psycho because there are some words that I just don't see the use in using with a lot of times. I can share your annoyance.

But, on the other hand, I do hang out with friends that Shortie is saying about dropping "naughty" words to describe friends because sometimes that is just how people bond.

So I guess I'm in the middle ground haha.

Girls get mad when men call them *****es or hoes or ****s or other terms like that, but that's what they use to refer to their closest friends.
Black people don't like white people calling them ******s, but that's the word they use to describe themselves.
Gays call each other ***s, but feel oppressed when others call them that.

Obviously, this isn't true for everyone, but it's true for many. People of these groups don't realize that speaking like this sends a message to others that it's okay. On top of that, these words are all derogatory, they have extremely negative connotations. It baffles me that they're constantly demanding more respect, while the way they speak of themselves implies a lack of it for themselves.

And for most women, it's in jest
Or not used at all

I would never ever drop the c word on a female friend
Or anyone

I've been called that over a game of brawl an almost tried to beat the kid senseless

When using 'bad' words, just have common sense.

Like, a lot of my guy friends complain about women 'overreacting'. Most the time, both parties are to blame or it was a misunderstanding. Girls and guys are wired differently because of hormones/society/emotions. You gotta be wary of that. My friends in my major are mostly guys, and they are the perfect example.

They say offensive things that I either do my best to shrug off or just get seriously flustered by. I don't know how to react because if i get offended, they don't realize that I'm not being a ***** - they seriously offended me. And if I laugh it off, they'll continue to say stuff. And, if i react back....that'll give them the wrong message.
Tl;dr be wary of what you say because you never know what people will take from it. Everyone is different

language is fluid and evolving. it also changes based on the context the words are used in. Do you really not see the difference between a rapper saying "******" in reference to people in general, and a white person calling a black person the same word?

Girls can be rough to be around, despite that being the primary gender I hang around if I hang around at all. It's hard to be chill with an entire sex that will sometimes flip the rationality switch off randomly in the middle of conversation. I can recall being with my ex when we were still dating in the car, and she was driving so she told me to text a mutual friend of ours (she knew her better, I was the new kid in Alabama), and for fun I texted, "We're almost there *****", and laughed aloud and told her I was doing it as I did it. This resulted in her almost crying and flipping out on me, saying, "You don't call girls *****es!" and then shutting up like a clam for the rest of the ride. When we got to where we were heading, we met with the girl I texted, and mentioned that I texted her that as a joke for my girlfriend's sake, and you know what she did? She laughed, and basically said that it was funny/not a big deal, and we never heard of it again. In other words, I knew how she'd react to that text better than the person who grew up with her in Alabama. Yeah, that makes sense.

Women.

This same girl was feral with any other girl that expressed interest in me, to the point that she threatened this one wild mare that I had not the slightest interest in. This resulted in the girl talking **** on my girlfriend in her class following that encounter, and my girlfriend's friend turned around and told her to stop. She was like, "What are you going to do about it?" (This is an uptight Christian girl we're talking about here, strange how they'll flip that switch off at will too; I am pretty sure the other girl is a Christian is as well). So my gf's friend grabbed her by the hair, lifted her up, and punched her in the face, resulting in a fight. That same girl ended up asking me to the movie's after she broke up with her boyfriend (and I had broke up with my girlfriend) because she really needed a friend at the time (we barely spoke typically, but I acquiesced). This resulted in her trying to get with me in the middle of the movie. Then after I denied her by acting aloof, she ended up getting back with her ex shortly after.

I repeat. Women.

I never said there wasn't a difference (thought there doesn't have to be). And just because the concept exists, doesn't make it any less stupid. So your rappers are noble in their use of "******," they're also only trying to help by calling girls "*****es" too, right?

@holder, that doesn't seem as much of your Ex not knowing how her friend would react, but more of your Ex having values in the way she speaks. At least, from the way you presented that.

Yeah, irrational values built from something dark inside of her that she dug up in a flash and projected it on other people that she should be familiar with enough to know that these projections are absolutely fabricated. I could have values about words too, but once I step out into the real world, and see how people react and treat things, I can't pretend to be so presumptuous as to say they think or believe the way I do if it directly contradicts my own observations, especially when it is clearly an emotionally dark place inside of me, hinting that it is definitely personal and inflated.

At the time I didn't know she had multiple cases of this, another word is "*****". Within like a week or two span of time people called her that I think (she started dressing smaller and smaller, and she wasn't exactly the smallest or most attractive thing in the world; I suspect from our interactions she had a deeply rooted envy for skinny scene girls, their hair, etc.), and she was always enraged, until finally she poured milk all over the kid who did it next.

The following girlfriend was on the opposite end of the emotional spectrum, pretty much happy or emotionally absent all the time, but she too I witnessed could flip an almost random switch and fling out the dirty vocabulary with some drops of poison, fortunately not at me in that instance.

Bahah, I never thought of it that way. Felt almost like I was in one after that fight, everyone was like, "Whoa dude! I heard two girls fought over you!" As a geeky/antisocial fellow, hearing that was just hilarious. I can't say I'm much of a "lady killer" anymore, for some time now I've been pretty out of the social loop, and lacking interest in going back.

Don't think there is the slightest connection with anyone. Disappointing, but I'm not "unhappy" about it. At this point, social contracts will just be troublesome and distracting from any goals I'm going for and the freedoms I possess.

Women. *shrugs*

I've not had much experience with women fighting over me and THAT sense Holder, but, I know how jealous my lady gets whenever I start hanging out with a new girl. She suddenly begins to think the new girl is annoying/****ty/ugly ect. My lady always has to make it clear IM hers.

I don't mind :3 I luh me some *****es.

But, I don't get why some women can NOT get along with someone of the same gender.

Edit:

I JUST let my sink overflow. I had no idea that could happen!?! BAH SO MUCH MESS >:

Using those words are extremely situational, and it's really NOT THAT HARD to know when and when not to call someone something that might be taken the wrong way. Anyone who does, probably needs the beating/****storm they will receive. Me calling my best friend, my brother, my mom, and my boss a "*****" would only go over well with about half of them, and it's not to hard to figure out who would be cool with it. I probably shouldn't call in sick saying "Hey *****! I got so sick last night, I can't come in". But I could definitely call my girl up and be like "Whaddup ****! Wanna go to Clackamas with me? I'll buy you lunch!"

The best analogy I can come up with for that is that women are like cats. They only get along with each other if they are very strongly forced to. And like women they can go from calm to hissing and tearing in an instant.

As an example, I have kittens at my house, and one of them got lost from an accident for a few days, and when we recovered her, her sister couldn't stand her (either from forgetting her or something, not sure honestly; they'd sniff each other calmly, then hiss and get pissed, they did the entire process everytime  ), but soon they went to the vet together. Getting there they were unhappy as can be, but when they were drugged up and in small cage together (they were getting fixed, so with the stitches they couldn't get out of the cage for a long time until they heal), they rested and snuggled together for comfort and now they are back to being "sisters" again.

Whereas dogs are as emotionally simple as you can get. And there we find man. @_@

Haha, at night we can all get pretty emotional. Reminds me of a quote in Twilight Princess.

Rusl: "Tell me... Do you ever feel a strange sadness as dusk falls? They say it's the only time when our world connects with theirs... The only time we can feel the lingering regrets of spirits who have left our world. That is why loneliness always pervades the hour of twilight..."

Loved that part. :D

Apparently if you say something about someone's appearance in a work place, it's sexual harassment. According to my father

Luckily, the person seemed to take kindly on it. Besides, they sexually harassed me first

Eeeeeeeeeyup. I've been told time and time again by cranky older men int he workforce that anything like that could be taken as sexual harassment on a job site.

What's even worse is that some people get fired over something they've said on facebook/twitter/whatever social network site. Of coarse that's only if you don't have any privacy settings.

How do people become happy? I've tried thinking about it for quite a while and I've tried everything that I thought would make me happy, but there is always something that ruins my attempts and I just don't know what to do to make myself happy anymore :/.

Seriously looking for advice here. Will go into detail if needed.

Alcohol is not a way to happiness. Becoming a social drinker might lead you to building some good relationships, and it definitely leads to many interesting life experiences, but to rely on the substance itself to induce "happy" is pretty lame. It leads to bad places.

You have to look inward and find out what you want in your life. General unhappiness usually stems from desire. What do you desire and how do you begin to make changes to yourself to achieve that desire? If you don't know what you want for your future, don't stress about it. What are your more immediate desires? As long as they don't hurt other people, follow them.

You also should explore. Take adventure in your surroundings, your peers, and especially your self. Expand your mind. Do things you are afraid of.

Read and constantly learn things. That's not to be confused with "go to school". Try to ignore the outward pressure of thinking about college and such already. I believe you should truly know yourself before you go sinking yourself in debt towards a "higher education". The best knowledge is self-knowledge. Many of the wisest and most content people I know did not pursue traditional education after high school.
