I know of this most recent minecraft situation and when a bunch of Gmod creators went nutso and added some malware. There could be another I'm not aware of that Mighty was referring too.

THE ACTUAL FUNNIEST THING JUST HAPPENED. So, I'm in a voice over Discord that hosts VO workouts, and for today's workout, we were practicing with scripts from SMITE. And I was one of the two people directing! After directing the first person, it's time for the next person: JBVO. He chooses the character he wants to read for, and he is KILLING IT. Then, Gerard, one of the mods, notices that this character's voice actor in the game is named "Johnathan Bullock." So he pipes up and is like "Hey JBVO, what's your name?" and JBVO responds "Johnathan Bullock". I knew he was in the Discord, but I did NOT know he was JBVO- HAHA

Every year my mom always begs me to give her Christmas gifts ideas for me and it's that time once again. It's not an easy task when you're a grown-ass man when you have the money to go ahead and buy what you want pretty much whenever you want. And she doesn't like to take "I don't really want anything" as an answer.

And when I finally have an idea, she says it's too expensive (the $270 LEGO Mighty Bowser set)

It’s worth it though, and pretty nicely priced compared to most lego and looks great.

Im still eyeing that UCS Razor Crest though. Pricey, but I also have the UCS AT-AT so…

It’s gonna take awhile for me to buy it, but legos doing some neat ideas lately, just need to fix pricing. I would love to see more Nintendo.

BTW to any Steam Deck peeps: Official MC launcher works with extra setup. Only bad thing is you do need to log in every time as Deck can't download Gnome Keyring to remember your credentials.

It's a pain but TBH it's gonna be the most secure.

If anyone needs guides I can link 'em, might even record a quick video tomorrow to help.

There's some cool mods for Soul Calibur 2. They're slowly getting the Console Exclusives on Gamecube/Dolphin. The mods are currently able to implement the movesets of Heihachi and Spawn into the Gamecube version, as well as some extra costumes. And most of the sound files and hitboxes, and even movelist is implemented too. So only the character models themselves are missing from what I remember. It's still W.I.P.

But this guy was able to implement Spawn's textures on a Voldo costume for the Spawn W.I.P and its pretty nice!

I think the blunder was more buying into "fan thing = better than official thing" mentality, which, uh, is usually not the case anymore for MC lol.

But yeah, native Linux launcher from Mojang works great. IDK why people don't just use it, it isn't that hard to set up.
