Considering how faithful they've been staying with the characters and in the games and the directorand otgers being fans of the gsmes considering Jeff Rowe did some of the games like Shadow the Hedgehog. I'm certain they're smart enough to still give Sonic his moments when it comes to fighting while not being overshadowed by Amy. He is a capable fighter after all.

based on the vibes Amy gives me. They're going to probably base her more off on her Boom counterpart in terms of personality. In fact maybe even Sally Acorn which if the future theory is true, she's part of the Freedom Fighters.

I also honestly have no problem if Sonic is the one crushing on her this time given this incarnation is still a kid at heart, grew up lonely most of his life, made friends and family and now a girl suddenly comes into his life.

The perks of puberty. I can only imagine Tom giving him the talk about girls. Lol.

A bit under 1 and a half hours til the new year on my end. So here are my new year's resolutions:
  • Start my transition (medical, voice training, and eventually social)
  • Finally start saving money (this is actually a necessity because my parents sold the house so I'll be moving out soon)
  • Related to the above, eat healthy
  • Participate in at least one game jam
  • Read more. I'm already on track for this, but still
  • Play more games
I think that's it. 2024 was a huge year for me in terms of personal growth and I hope to carry that momentum to 2025

Adding an optional one, getting a girlfriend would be epic but I don't know if it's realistic atm

My big resolution for this year is to travel more. I've always wanted to see the world more, but my anxiety and sensory issues seem to get in the way a lot. But I don't wanna end up losing my chance to do crazy things like ride more rollercoasters and eat a banana on top of the Eiffel Tower.

If I had any resolutions, I guess they’d be:

  • Get better at drawing. I’m already okay but I know I could be better.
  • Try and set up some actual commissions so I can make some money.
  • Lose some weight.
  • Finally get my license (visual impairments aren’t fun)
  • Put my pitch bible together.
  • Make more friends. Friends who’ll actually stick around.
  • I’m not expecting to find the love of my life or anything but I’d like to date more. Haven’t been in a date all year.
  • A lot of franchises I like will be active next year so I’m gonna try and enjoy that :nifty:

When you beat your rival at the League in the first Pokemon game, Oak tells him he's disappointed in him that he didn't treat his Pokemon with love and trust.

But then he says "without them, you'll never become a Pokemon champ again!"

As a kid, when Oak said that I thought he was TAKING AWAY YOUR RIVAL'S POKEMON for not treating them with love and trust, and that'd he'd never be Champion again cuz he wouldn't HAVE his Pokemon to help him. I was like "dang, Oak is HARDCORE"

Of course it turns out Oak was saying your rival wouldn't be champion again without the "trust and love" of his Pokemon, not his Pokemon themselves

My main resolution is to stop sitting around doing nothing

for the last 22 years I have done basically nothing outside of school, and my attention span is so terrible that I can't even do the things that I like doing. I am hoping to develop a more healthy relationship with social media instead of Doomscrolling all the time, and also to start enjoying my hobbies again, like not only playing games and watching shows/movies but also I want to get back into making youtube videos and to start making art for myself and not for any class.

and of course the most important is to predict that the switch 2 will be out tomorrow

Now that you mentioned it, that's a goal of mine too.

I keep thinking it's not big deal until i realize after I got home from work, I did nothing but scroll Reels for 5 hours and it's already 8 at night. And it's been happening for the whole year

Not an ideal way to spend my free time.
