Not really resolutions but I do have a few goals for 2025.

• Finish losing weight. I made it around 1/3 of the way to my goal then seriously slowed down once fall came around. I know I can finish the next 2/3rd.
• Pay off at least half my debt. I guess I always fall behind on my financial goals but let me dream.
• Maybe start some light strength training? Just to round out my fitness goals I guess.
• Make some more irl friends. I recently got invited to a private discord server for transfems living in my area and it seems fairly active so I guess I'll start there.
• If I reach my financial goals on time, get a car and learn to drive. My roommate will probably be willing to teach me but if not I could take classes.
• And then I guess more transition related stuff. Switch out more of my wardrobe, get my facial hair removed, come out to my family (bleh), stuff like that.

If Koraidon was a Gen V legendary rather than a gen IX one, I think it might've been the best competitive Pokemon ever?

We all know Dragon was straight busted in Gen V due to only having two weaknesses (one being Dragon itself and the other being the competitively limited Ice) and only being resisted by Steel. But - and I feel like this isn't discussed enough - Fighting might've been the SECOND best type at the time, because Steel was such a dominant defensive threat and Fighting was something that could easily squash that.

And Koraidon happens to be a DRAGON-FIGHTING type. So not only is it a strong Legendary by itself, but it also has what might've been the two very best types in all of gen V that also complimented each other extremely well, giving it a way to handle Steel AND Ice types.

Of course that's not the case these days because of the Sylveon in the room. But man would Koraidon have been borked if it were a Gen V introduction.

Even putting aside my bias for a second, the Xenoblade DLC is some of the best add-on content out there. Both Torna: The Golden Country for XC2 and Future Redeemed for XC3 are meaty enough to pass as their own games (Hell, Torna even has a standalone physical version). That doesn't even take into account all the other stuff included with the season passes like additional quests, characters, and game modes.

Just saw the Sonic 3 movie before 2024 ended. All I can say.......great movie to watch till the end.

Super Shadow looking silver, eggman theme when picking his phone, LIVE AND LEARN, eclipse cannon pissing on the moon, Amy and Metal Sonic (being mass produced) appearing!

Can't wait to see what happens in Sonic 4 when it's ready. Until then, we all must.....

Eh...I think I'll have to agree with P here.

Not only did Octo Expansion add a huge amount of content that also happened to be SUPER challenging, had some great music, added some impressive depth to the Splatoon lore and finally gave everyone the playable Octolings they'd been asking for, but it might've had the most gripping and genuinely compelling story ever shown in a non-RPG Nintendo game.

In my humble opinion, the Octo Expansion is what made me decide that Off the Hook are the best characters Nintendo has ever created, even if they're not my top favorites. Not only are they consistently very entertaining, but they also have a backstory that genuinely shook me in the best possible way. They also feel incredibly human and have a relationship that's both compelling and INCREDIBLY heartwarming.

Maybe RPGs like Xenoblade have overall deeper and stronger character arcs and backstories, but given the kind of game Splatoon is, Off the Hook's depth is truly impressive and touching for a game about funny cephalopod kids arguing about which Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle is the best.

We did get that DreamWorks Kart game from the same studio so maybe that filled their desire to put out a Kart Racer every so often. Or maybe Nickelodeon just doesn't wanna work with them anymore.

Well you see I was gonna make a joke how Torna was released before Octo Expansion (therefore was before the peak), but then I saw that Torna released a couple months after so I have no joke anymore.

Maybe someday I'll try Xenoblade 2... if the series ever went on sale for the love of God Nintendo.

I saw Sonic 3 earlier today. My only real critique is that I wish Gerald was a little more serious, instead of basically being Eggman 2, but it's not that big of a deal and everything else was pretty good.

i also thought it was funny that they're pretending Shadow is dead. He's going be back in 4 and probably get his own spinoff what's the point
